Went twice now and both times my drink was horrible. Last week, I ordered a coffee and they handed me the wrong one. Luckily I noticed the sticker was wrong before I drove off. Today I order a hot latte and it comes out lukewarm.. I could tell just by holding the cup that the drink was not hot, or even warm for that matter. Will not visit here ever again.

I get bad service each time. Employees look very unhappy, and some don't speak good English at all, which causes the order to be wrong consistently.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice and provided great service, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with my bagel, as it was burnt and not enjoyable. Additionally, I noticed a slight plastic taste to the food, which was a bit off-putting. I’m not sure if it's from the plastic containers they use for storage or something else, but it’s worth mentioning. Lastly, my iced coffee was quite bitter, which didn’t meet my expectations. I hope these issues can be addressed for a better overall experience in the future.

For some reason, my drink is never consistent from one DD to the next, but my service yesterday was nice. I appreciate the courtesy, although my coffee was just OK. The flavor was a bit off ( I'm not sure if it's just the coffee or if it was the pumpkin flavoring tasted more artificial than usual). LAST YEAR THE PUMPKIN SPICE iced coffee was awesome, but this year, it doesn't taste good. Seems watered down. I've recently found McDonald's pumpkin spice iced latte to be fabuloas! with an extra espresso shot. It's a good thing for me that the quality has gone down, saves me on the consumption of rubbish flavorings and MONey, double win! Fantastic service, though, I wish the drink taste matched.

Flies when we walked in. There was a bee on one of the donuts behind the counter. Very limited selection. I left the restaurant immediately and drove to a different location which was great. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other locations within a 5 minute drive.
