The woman in drive thru with the orange hair is extremely rude and abrasive. She interrupts you as you're ordering too. My food wasn't made properly and we got someone else's order as well. This made us miss certain items we ordered. I think this place needs new management, and fast.

They don’t pack their drinks up properly for delivery drivers. They just give me a drink holder and expect me not to spill it in my car, but if I do end up spilling it I get a bad rating and they get off scotch-free. Please take your time to pack delivery orders in the delivery bags that have the proper drink holders. Don’t be lazy, because it makes our jobs harder and makes us at-risk of getting a bad rating for something we didn’t do. Also when I asked your employee to pack it in a delivery bag, she was VERY rude about it. She said she’s been there for 6 years but must not care about her job that much if she treats people like that!

This happened 1/19/25: I rarely ever leave reviews especially as a uber driver , but on this day I came to pick up an order and saw there was a white man heavier set short with glasses cleaning the door. He literally saw me pull up in the spot in front of him and he stared directly at me waited until I got out of my car and we both were at the door and I thought he was going to hold it considering he was cleaning and we were barely a foot away from each other but instead he let the door literally slam in my face and proceeded to stare me down as I came in to get my order. I’m not sure if it was the color of my skin or him working alone as I saw there were no other employees around but I have never felt more dismissed or disrespected in my life. As a black person living in east Cobb please save your business and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!! I am appalled by the treatment I received, almost made me cry and act out of character but I knew it was only the enemy. May you all hire better employees who don’t discriminate others.
Aside from the lady in the Drive-Thru that crew has no hospitality sense didn't greet customers I watched a lady walk in she stood there for like a minute or two, asked for help and they just looked at her and kept moving... Eventually one of the guys turned around didn't smile didn't greet her just looked at her... Really you guys can't find nicer people or people that appreciate their jobs to hire in the area like this?!

I have been going to this dunkin just about every single morning for the past couple weeks and they are so great at what they do tbh yes things take time but when has anyone been to a coffee shop in the morning and expect it not to be busy ? That’s just ridiculous think about how much room they have behind there to work? Not the best setting for how busy they get but the leadership there is amazing in my opinion. They just keep things flowing the best they can just like all of us at work when things gets jammed up, to see the negative comments on this review page is insane. It’s just people of east Cobb believe they deserve everything they desire and that’s just not and it’ll never be that ( talking about the women complaining about her whip cream) Thank y’all for always getting me every morning !!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is crazy when you ask a question you're met with poor customer service. Then the reason you giving attitude is because you claim that you had a loss, which I offered my condolences. However, it does not give you the reason for poor customer service. I simply asked a question and I told her I did not hear her answer my question however she went to say stuff in front of another lady that she was helping. It was blatantly rude and borderline racist and I do not appreciate being treated like that when I am the paying customer. When I asked for the district managers information she refused and threatened to call the cops on me to leave the store. I wasn't getting loud and I wasn't disrespecting her. She simply said because I cut my eyes at her that I was being rude. And she said, I'm the General manager.. What a shame.

I come here now and then and they're friendly enough. No problems being served unlike the chamblee tucker road location. They have no problem with me bringing in an escooter as that's my main method of commute to get to work. Since I left a 1 star for the chamblee tucker location I wanted to be fair and give them a 4 for treating me like a person and not discriminating because I don't feel like getting a 5 figure loan just to get to work. I typically don't even place large orders here and they're still friendly to me.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Horrible experience from start to finish. There wasn’t a line but sat at the order screen/intercom for at least 5 minutes. Everything we ordered was wrong. Had to hand everything back through the window to have corrected. Order wasn’t ready, so the staff said to pull up and they would bring it out. We sat out front for another 5 plus minutes. I went in and waited again for another 2 minutes. He then handed me the food, never apologized or said thank you for being patient. To end this bad experience, food was cold which tells me it had been sitting on the counter the whole time without being brought out. Horrible, horrible customer service. We will not be back!

Sweet Tiana at the drive through window brightened my day with her sweet voice and personality over the drive through box. That doesn’t happen often so props to Tiana.
I come here typically every 2 weeks, staff is always rude when going through the drive-through. No issues with the food or drinks, the staff needs to be trained properly to deal with the consumers instead of having an attitude

Five star managers/owners! I came in a few weeks ago and the tea wasn’t good (VERY unusual) & I called to let them know it takes a bit like coffee. They INSISTED the next order was free but was surprised my sandwich was gratis too! Definitely left a big tip! Thank you. Highly recommend this busy location.

After me and my fiance getting our drinks made wrong we asked for remakes. They then gave us the wrong drink, and then made our drinks wrong again. Drive through worker was either high out of his mind or just doesn't care.

Worst experience of any Dunkin went in and placed order got my coffee and donuts not waited over 20 minutes inside for my biscuit and crossiant that they would not make until drive thru cleared out and saw atleast 5-6 people come and go thru drive thru and not once asked if I was waiting on food
