This is the real definition of a hidden gem! The shopping center is unassuming, but honestly -- a lot of the places looked really good! We immediately noticed the family style seating at this spot. It's bright, lots of color, great decor, and even some claw/candy machines for kids! The menu is expansive, far beyond just sweets! We had horchata, piña colada, and mango chamoyada, ramen, and honestly so much more I can't even remember -- it was really hard to choose. Ramiro and his wife are both so sweet and accommodating, the other staff do an amazing job as well. It didn't take too long for the order to come out, and it did not disappoint, we brought so much home with us too!

Where to start?!! From food to the atmosphere this was a 10/10. Food/snacks was popping! We did go on a weekday and they were super busy! You definitely saw regulars in there. ? we will be backDonde empezar?!!! Toda la comida y el ambiente estaba al 100. Definitivamente vamos a regresar

This place has honestly some really good food/ice cream and ok customer service. Unfortunately, this place is also really understaffed and gets pretty full on Saturdays/Sundays.All in all, highly recommend!(Those tortas hit diff on a Saturday)

Great place, it's really far from me but if I'm in the area I come to the Austell area to get something from them.
Stopped in after soccer for the first time. The line was to the door when we arrived. We debated on staying because of the line. We decided to stay and it was the right decision! The line moved quickly and everything we ordered was delicious. I was a little nervous ordering because I don’t speak Spanish. However the staff was bilingual and very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried the tortas, hot Cheetos esquite, Tostilocos, regular equite, and Chamoyada. We loved them all! Thank you for a great first experience. We will definitely be back!

After leaving Hibachi Grill & Buffet which is right next door and horrible with their good quality and customer service. I came right over to see what they had to offer and see if this would be a new place I will like. I was not disappointed, the cashier helped me in explaining the differences and was very patient with being very decisive. After so they took their time with the items without rushing them and I was served and had to give a tip because within just a few minutes I was just treated way better than any other place. Even with after I was served and was eating in no way did it seem like I was not wanted there and being forced to leave like in Hibachi Grill & Buffet. 5 out of 5 stars and I will come back soon again to enjoy more of their item’s.

Worst customer service. ? I literally asked for 2 piña/pepino water. I walk to my car and taste it the water tasted like its been days old just straight up bad. I walk back in because thats all i go there for literally wait all week till wensday to go and get 1 for me and my husband. I walk in not trying to cause any problems and im waiting in line so i wouldnt cause any disturbance and i tell the lady the water had a very ungrateful taste and she gets all defencive saying i sold it all day no one complained about it and did a face. It was an older lady too. She gave me 1 water from a different flavor but i bought 2 didnt offer anything and didnt even ask to give my money back. Didnt drink the other water they gave me.Rather be safe than sorry. The older lady needs to know how to deal with custemers. I dont mind paying $10.60 but for that service and the rudeness No Thank you. Keep it as a Tip and make sure what you give is good because this is why i spent my money here.
