I been here twice. The wait staff was not attentive both times. 2nd visit was Feb 2020, decided to gove it another chance. We ordered drinks, waitress came once & came back like 30 mins later to say, "I'll be to take tour order". We asked to order more drinks and get food to go because we were super hungry and just wanted to close the check. After sitting there almost an hour, we were told the kitchen was closing. It wasn't busy so I don't care to give it another chance.

Went here to celebrate my 22nd birthday, and I have to say I had the best time! The waiter was accommodating and helpful and the food and portions were spot-on! Would definitely come here again for other special occasions!

My experience at Empire was amazing!! A friend and I went to sit at the bar to watch the game the other day and we had a blast! Rachel, the bartender who waited on us, was absolutely fantastic! She was super fast w the drinks and overall service was superb!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Ahh man...What a nice place to go chill at...And have some drinks & grub...The music is great...food is delicious...Especially the j*** wings...And Rachel our server was on point...We visited friday & saturday...And she made sure our experience was A1...Never did we have to wait on anything...Eventhough she was working the whole club...Let's just say we will be returning because of her!

Rachel was super great and fast when serving the party that I was with. We ended up here looking for a better vibe and that's what we received once we entered Empire. We had a party of 7 and Rachel moved expeditiously getting drinks and food out to the table. She was legit running the bar and tables- really impressive for her to be doing that and still having excellent customer service. If there was a hold up in the kitchen, Rachel communicated that to us and made she we were good when she checked in. The wings and drinks special on Tuesday was just what we were looking for- reasonable and good! Even after our tabs were paid she was checking in on us. I walked towards the bar to get another water pitcher and she met me halfway and said she'll bring it to me. She was just great. The hookah was pretty good too. We ended up needed more coal and went to ask Rasheeda for another coal and before I could even sit back down at the table, she brought us the coal. The service we experience for my first time was pretty great. I will be looking to return here for many more fun nights!
