OMG, the best African food I’ve had! The customer service is A1, Ms. Pam took her time explaining things to us as this was our first time. Fad, the owner, gave us an educational experience about the food of Nigeria; awesome guy ! Stop here for some great food.

So I came in wanting something new and was greeted very warmly! The man in red approached me very welcoming and nicely! Great first impression!! I told him I some to try something new and he asked what I wanted I told him about the tic toc trend with fufu and the okra, he brought out the top 3 soups for me to sample which was very kind of him. Let me tell you what! This place is fantastic. I’m leaving this review after I tried an African beer and 3 soup samples and it was so good I had to leave the review before I left. Yall come check this place out! You won’t be disappointed. Sorry but my stomach seen the samples first 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏽‍♂️

Not only is the food good but the service is on point and they treat you like family for the moment you walk in. You must try the daily special! By far Thursday’s special is my favorite!

Very disappointed. Decided to google “African restaurant in ATL” & I went off of their 4.6 rating which I’m sure majority of them are forced/ begged for reviews. The food was pure disgusting & old. I ordered the jollof rice, Crocker fish grilled, green & plantains. The fish was definitely cooked days ago u can literally tell it’s been in a microwave by how rubbery it was. The rice & greens didn’t have any flavor other than crushed chili flakes. My friend had the seafood okra soup with pounded yam. Her food was old & flavorless as well, the bowl even had a burnt looking ring around it that you can tell it was microwaved. We didn’t even finish the food. We just left. Bill came to $61 for overly spicy OLD food. Waste of time & money. Went right to chipotle after to get something edible & quick. Food not worth the money at all I felt scammed when that food came out. Guys DO NOT believe these google ratings these folks be lying for each other. If you want some old food that’s been sitting god knows how long & bowl of hot chili flakes in each bite with no flavor come here!!! Even the plantains were not good like how do u have a restaurant & serving old half cooked plantains. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I used to say Nigerian food is overrated but when I tasted Mr. Adesuwas food at FAD, it hit me differently. This food is the definition of authentic. I loved it so much that I returned the following day and ordered the same Egusi with pounded yam. I loved it so much that I carried some back home to my State. Mr. Adesuwa gave us complimentary Suya and zombo. I only wish he would put up a branch in my State. Thank you Sir for the great. I loved every bit of it.

The food is absolutely amazing. I had the egusi soup with goat meat and the goat was so tender not tough. The croaker is the absolute best fish I've ever had. The service is great. They are very attentive here and the restaurant is clean and they play music. I love it here!!!

My family and I went to six flags, and decided we wanted to try something new! We are from Cullman, Alabama & are as pale as can be lol We pulled up to this establishment sunburned, soaking wet from park rides & hungry!
We walked in, and were welcomed with a huge smile & sat immediately! I’m assuming it was the owner that came to our table & happily navigated us through the menu.
We ended up going with the family meal for 5 & every dish came to our table hot & full of flavor! He made sure to educate us on the proper ways to enjoy our meal & I must say it was an experience that my family will always remember! Thank you for making us feel so welcome! 10/10 recommend
