Qormeh Sabzi (Sauteed Herbs Beef Stew)
A balanced blend of a variety of sauteed fresh herbs (cilntro, Persian chives, parsley, fenugreek and more) simmered with chunks of beef sirloin and black eye peas or red kidney beans, accompanied with steamed basmati saffron rice. This is THE Persian stew that has been the favorite among Iranians for many generations. The traditional way of eating this delicious meal is to put the stew on top of the rice incrementally to your taste. It is NOT recommended to pour the entire content of the stew bowl on the rice in one go!

The falafel I had was so delicious. The service is wonderful. The food is so fresh and the owners are so wonderful. Everything is perfect in this restaurant. I had a tomato and cucumber salad also it was great Vegan. Please don’t miss out on eating at this wonderful restaurant.  flat ball

The tenderloin kabob is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
I have been many times and always get the same thing. So good. Do not get it to go, because the rice will dry out the meat. You must eat it immediately. Last time I was there the owner suggested liberally sprinkling sumac on the whole dish and yes, 10/10 would recommend and will be doing that from now on

The gyro platter was SOOO good. I loved the hummus, the soft bread, the tzaziki sauce and the meat was very flavorful. The salad that came with it helped balance everything out. The gentleman that prepared it was very sweet and cooked so quietly. Very clean inside as well.
