I used to go to the location near Cumberland Mall/Akers Mill, but for 4 orders in a row, they got my order wrong, and 3 of these were because of missing items. The manager refused to make anything right, and the manager on duty was VERY rude and condescending! I went to his location to try them, and was very satisfied with the experience!

Incredibly friendly staff with the best customer service! All the food was delicious & their new side of french fries are PERFECTION! (Cajun fries are 10/10! 👌) Dining area & bathrooms were clean & tidy as well!

It’s not unusual to wait for a sandwich for 45 minutes during lunch. They are severely understaffed. I don’t know why I keep going back and expecting a sandwich under 15 minutes.
