I recently stopped at this location. I went to the counter to order a sandwich and was told by the man making food that it would be at least 30 minutes or more before I could get one. There were 60+ orders ahead of me. I left. I understand on-line orders are popular, but shouldn't the customer who took the time to drive to the restaurant and is standing in front of you take precedence? There was no one ahead of me and no one behind me. That seemed like awfully poor customer service. I was really disappointed.

I am normally a huge fan of Firehouse Subs. I was excited to try their new French Dip, until I found a piece of hair mixed in with the meat and cheese. I will not be coming back to Firehouse Subs anytime soon, and will definitely not be visiting this specific location again.

Dialed on Wednesday, November 27 from 3:30 to 4 PM. The two gentlemen that we’re working were absolutely incredible and going above and beyond with everything that we asked for. Even after we got our food, the service was beyond excellent and was not what I expected for a plain firehouse subs restaurant.

I'm sorry to say I had an objectively bad experience. People seem to like their sandwiches, but my kid and I just threw out more than half of our food. We have a strict no wasting food policy in my household, but I wasn't about to make someone eat something I myself found inedible.

I would give them a zero if I could! We picked up a sandwich today and it was horrible it was soupy and barely any meat it is very obvious who ever made the hook and ladder did not want to work!!!!! Tried calling to let them know and was hung up on! You might want to check your food out before you take it to go!

I was denied the veterans day special after showing proof that I am a veteran. The guy at the counter said that my military ID did not count. He then went on some spill about I had to have a VA issued ID. Seems like firehouse subs does not like veterans anyways read about the Pooler area one in savannah the owner had a melt down about veterans. Hopefully I was the only one disrespected at this location.

Took them an hour to make a sandwich …. Called to cancel they wouldn’t pick up the phone … it’s only Tuesday … never going here again your employees are terrible. You can’t make sandwiches at a sandwich shop?
