I no longer live in this area, however two weeks ago I decided to go to this firehouse sub as I was in the area and use to go here when I lived in the area. They are still just as friendly, the set is is still amazing and the food is always ready and fresh. My order was made quickly, tasted amazing. A complete great experience over all.

Love the food from firehouse. The food wasn’t the issue, it was employees working there. I get there at 8:15, wasn’t welcomed by the Welcome to Firehouse ( not that big of a deal). I get to the cashier and wasn’t greeted for a good 1-2min, yes you close at 9 and I even get you are starting to clean but to not have a single employee even look up, is a little off putting.There was a person behind me and she waited a good 2 min to be greeted as well. It just felt like the energy wasn’t welcoming at all, employees clearly didn’t want to be there from there verbal and non verbal communication. I shouldn’t go into a business and feels like I should have to apologize for being there.Again, I love firehouse and have been to this location before without issues, but you are a business and what you do ( or not do) says volumes about you. I am hoping that this is just a 1 times thing.

Great subs. Not cheap by any means. For a large Philly Cheese Steak with chips and drink is 20. Before COVID they used to have a large selection of hot sauces that was pretty unique. But it's not available anymore. They need to bring the "hot sauce bar" back!!!!!!Parking: Parking not an issue at all.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicapped parking section is right in front of the door. Super convenient.

Staff is usually courteous and the food is fresh !I love the kosher pickles but they’re no longer giving you free rein to have access to the pickles which is good practice since COVID19 but if I ask for extra pickles please don’t just give one extra pickle!!!
