Drink machine only had sugar free options. Kids grilled cheese was a burnt sandwich with a measly slice of cheese on it. Bbq brisket had no bbq sauce on it. Jerk sandwich had no jerk sauce on it. Worst of all- we found a hair IN the bread- baked in. Called and no manager on duty. Only solution was to drive 30 minutes back up there to get a new sandwich made. No thanks!

Food was as expected for a fast food franchise. However the owner/Mgr was very rude, insulting, and unappreciative of the business. I will never come avain.

This is the worst firehouse subs restaurant in the world! I went there tonight and this is my horrible experience.
Bathroom was so disgusting and tells you the franchisee and staff are dirty people.
Ordered three subs and they only got two subs made correctly.
The black kid who made my sub was listening to music on his ear pods and could barely understand my order and didn’t really care. Of course he got the sub made wrong and is clearly a very bad employee. FIRE HIM!
When I called the restaurant to complain the store guy actually hung up on me as I was complaining.
Can’t make this sad story up.
Do not go to this very dirty, over priced sub shop with the worst employee crew in the world!!

The overall service and food are not as great as it used to be. My last few visits, the sandwiches have been soggy and sloppy, even the pickle. During the last visit the cashier told me to back up from the counter, which was pretty rude. I won't be back

The manager that wears a red hat that’s working today remade my wife sandwich to satisfy her and I really appreciated that. He’s always there and has great customer service. The whole staff spoke up and were very nice. I like this location over all in this area!
