Order is always ready on time when ordering online. Friendly and courteous staff. Food is always good. Have never had a bad experience at this location. Thanks to all the great employees at the Dallas Hwy Firehouse!

Food was cold, mac&cheese and our sandwiches. Our son has been begging to come to Firehouse for months and when we finally bring him, they wanted us to wait 15 minutes to make more meatballs. They were not busy. 1-2 other people in the store besides us. So basically nobody cared they were low and made more. Also, the drink machine was almost out of every drink it makes. Again, no one is checking. My husband and I love Firehouse and visit multiple times in a months time. We...
