Always good usually crowded. They've never messed up my order down to the sauce/toppings prices are higher than the likes of Subway but so is the quality.
My food was prepared quickly and the staff was very polite. They seemed to be understaffed for the amount of people in the restaurant.
This was the best sub I ever had!

My first time in a Firehouse, Italian sandwich was very good, however, too much condiments I think, the Mayo was dripping off my bread. But overall it was a clean establishment, service was fast and location is prime for lunch.
My sandwich was good and served warm. The service was friendly and quick. The place was nice and clean at this location.
Fast, good ingredients, and part of the proceeds go to firefighters. On the other hand, I prefer my bread more toasty.

After eating a small sandwich I became ill. Don't know if it was the sandwich or just my day to be sick but got a feeling it won't take a chance by eating there again. Tasted good while eating it though.

Came in around 8:30 after I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:20 and sandwich was STILL not ready. 3 people behind the counter and 3 other customers there so not busy at all. Picked up sandwich and got to the car to find slop with a little meat and no lettuce or tomato. Walked back in and asked was it a hero sub because there was no way that sandwich was looking like that and I ordered in advance. Only reason for the 2nd star is because one girl offered to make it over again and corrected it but the girl that orginally made it "seemed" like she was trying to get an attitude. I'll gladly drive to the one on cobb parkway even though I literally live off Delk. I'm not one of those irate or pompous customers because I work in food service so I don't like dealing with people all the time either, but don't give me garbage, be late with it, and try to serve it like you doing me a favor.
