I stopped in here for lunch. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good. I ordered the New York Steamer that was a hot sub with pastrami and corned beef. The sub was delicious. I look forward to trying other subs as well. They ask if you would like to donate a small amount for first responder causes which I gladly did. They have foundations set up to provide all kinds of assistance. I will gladly return.

I’ve been here three times and all three times have been good experiences. I’ve seen a lot of reviews complaining about “unfriendliness”, and I can say they seem to be working on that. I’ve been welcomed as I walked through the door all three times. Could they be more welcoming? Yes, but it is clear that they are trying. Food was really good. I took my son this last time and he’s now a fan. 😄

Came in to get a sub and the worker at the register was beyond rude! I tried ordering a sub with just the meat and cheese and he tried taking meat off the sandwich. After I explained that I wanted all the meat just no lettuce or any of the other stuff he told me “well you need to look at the Italian to see what comes on it”. Then kept trying to take meat off the sandwich. No apology for the confusion, just the worker telling me I was wrong saying “well it always just comes that way”. Well, they proceeded to still make my sandwich wrong. Absolutely appalled by how he acted especially since firehouse usually has a higher standard than this.

This is my favorite Firehouse location! When I picked up my online order, I went to use the hot sauce bar and the helpful woman behind the counter said, " I would have given you a pack of Capt. Sauce". She was so friendly!

Our company orders $120 per month with a single order. Today I walked in 5 min after the pickup time that was scheduled yesterday. Nobody said hello and instead I had to listen 4 employees complain about the day and their work. After 5 minutes standing near the pickup order sign and having 2-3 emplyees walk within a few feet of me without saying anything, I figured out that I had to get in line to get anyone to say anything. The person was not polite. I told him I was there to pickup an order. He said, "Name?" I would've prefered, "May I have your name please" or something reasonable polite. After a minute he said the order was not ready and would be ready soon. It was now 10 min past the pick up time. When I asked how long it would take I was told 5 - 10 min. No apology or excuse was offered. When I expressed frustration the person was quick to offer a refund, which I accepted.

When I came back to the office with food from Chic Fil A (always freindly), my manager explained that the same thing happened a month ago when he picked up at the same Firehouse Subs location. We will definately not be ordering from them again. It doesn't take any effort to be nice, and the employees there need some training in how to act around customers. I had the feeling the person who offered the refund was the manager or owner. This is a very poorly run establishment.

The app is horrible but the location and food is always great.

Update: Apprently Firehouse doesn't actually read the reviews. They responded as if I was reviewing my first visit. Must be the same people who crated their horrible app. I continue to eat there for the food and the awesome staff but I avoid the app whnever possible.
