This place has really gone downhill! One of the ice cream freezers is broken, so half the flavors are available. I asked the employee if they were getting it fixed & she said "I just work here". There is a list of flavors on the wall, but they don't actually have those flavors! They either need to get their act together or just close.

I got the specialty flavor - champagne ice cream with fresh orange juice. The ice cream was icey, not creamy at all. The non-icy parts had slimy pieces throughout. Both my ice cream and my boyfriends had a super chalky mouthfeel that made your mouth feel dry after eating it. Tasted really artificial and just gross overall. Go to Jenis it’s literally the same price

Yoooooooo! This banana pudding ice cream SLAPS! It was soooo good and the cashier was so nice and patient with me as I sampled various flavors before committing (it was my first time). I highly recommend checking this place out for quality ice cream. Free 2 hr parking when you register your vehicle.

Love this place!!! I live in Smyrna and there are closer ice cream stores to me but I will make the drive here for the amazing flavors, great customer service and fantastic atmosphere!!!

Need to train their people. One employee was serving normal sized scoops and another was making scoops about 1/3 smaller. For a $5 cone, it should be consistent and shouldn't be the size of a four year old's fist.

Came here last Friday night. What a disappointment. Out of cupcakes or they were still frozen. The 3 kids were too busy on their phones to really help me. No labels on the ice cream to know what is what. Ice cream looked old. Never going back.

Interesting flavors you may not be able to get other places make this place special, there are some really strange flavors, but to each their own. Overall, the ice cream is really good, and the employees are very helpful and attentive.

Ice cream was good but the service was slow. They didn't have waffle cones because the worker said she didn't get a chance to make them. And we came on Sunday at 5 pm. They also were already out of several flavors. She was wearing a glove on the hand that held the cone but not the one that was going in the container to scoop it out.

My new favorite ice cream parlor! No long lines, no pretentious combinations, plenty of toppings and perfectly sized bowls. I love the quality and simplicity of this place, along with the friendly staff. I love their selection of non-dairy as well. I can't wait to return! Four Fat Cows has been my guilty pleasure since this summer heatwave. I've treated myself a half dozen times and I'm willing to do a half dozen more.
