Drive thru staff needs work, was told they don't like it when you come through the drive thru for mobile order and not to do it again.

Burgers are great

I have never had a bad experience here. Customer service is super friendly no matter what time of day you come. Good customer service is so hard to find now a days and Freddy’s really knows how to do it. Food is always great too. Thanks Freddy’s for always being so friendly.

$25 for two milkshakes and a burger is pretty steep. Pretty cool atmosphere though and service was fine.

Fish sandwich was just barely cooked enough. They had been busy and were catching up, but should make certain that all items are completely cooked before serving.

I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the service. The person at the drive threw on the speaker had an attitude for some reason. Must have been having a bad day. However the young man at the window was great he even got my pups a pup cup. I have been thro this drive threw 20 times and never has anyone offered my pup a pup cup.
The orange cream drink that they have is amazing..
Sadly my prime steak burger tasted burnt. But the rest of the meal was great

This place used to be so good. Now, it's filled with workers who don't really care, subpar food quality, shrinking portions, and rising costs. The price doesn't match the quality anymore.

Went by there this evening to get a chili dog and a couple shakes... The young lady at the drive-thru was wonderful! Such a breath of fresh air compared to most fast food places. The food was also good, but more places need service and personality like they have there.

We love Freddie’s. It’s a tradition that when we see our grandchildren in Georgia, we go to Freddy’s parking in the same spot get the same booth and enjoy the food and finish it off with a great ice cream.
