We hired Gabriel’s Bakery to make our wedding cake. Every single flavor combination we had for our tasting was absolutely delicious! We chose a simple design. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great on wedding day. I do need to share that their wedding cake coordinator is extremely slow to respond to emails (I’m talking 10-14 days), and there isn’t a direct phone number to get in contact. When we went in for our consultation, she was very knowledgeable, explaining everything...
At 12:30 and mostly empty, they did not have ingredients for the first two choices I made. There was no coffee (!) and apparently no intent to make any. There is literally no wait staff, but they ask for a tip when you pay with a card. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go back, either.
I SWEAR by Gabriel's bakery for all my birthday cakes/friends birthday cakes. It's truly the best cake i've ever eaten. Recently I had Megan design my birthday cake and it was executed flawlessly would definitely have her design a cake again in the future!
