Food was good. I enjoyed the goat quesabirria but the service was not great. The lady at the cashier was rude and had no sense of joy nor good customer service and no instructions. There was a buzzer and she neglected to mention that as well as where my drink was. Food was good, not the best quesabirria and Mexican food I've had but customer service is a big part of the experience so definitely won't go again.

This place is an automatic bet every time! Whenever I'm in Marietta I make my way over here. I would have pictures but just take my word. They used to have weird operation times but I would work around trying to get to them when I first tried them

The food is top-tier! I typically always get the number three, but over the years I have tried everything on the menu. The food is absolutely amazing, the service is quick, considering that the food is made fresh. They have a wonderful, self-serve, salsa, bar, and I have tried them all. It's a large place with an outdoor seating area that is extremely large. It's always clean, and the music is always wonderful. The fresh Fresca are unmatched. I think I go here on a weekly basis, they never disappoint. Get the combo number three!

Great option for birria tacos! They have a variety of meat options from chicken to goat & even a vegan birria made with jackfruit. You order with the cashier & are given a buzzard. There's plenty of seating - circle & round table four tops. A variety of Spanish music playing but not to loud. Free parking available in lot. I visited on a rainy Friday night so it wasn't packed. I had the birria combo (#1) - 3 birria tacos (2 beef, 1 vegan) that came with chips and also added a beef mulita. Everything was made fresh to order, the birria & mulita shells had a nice, fresh out the grease crunch. Beef birria & mulita were awesome! The vegan one was ok, I like the vegan birria at Calaveritas better. Consome wasn't as rich & flavorful as I've had at other places, more watered down. I say this bc usually eat the consome on its own when I finish my tacos but I barely used this one for dipping. But at least they don't charge extra for the consome, comes with the combo. They have a fresh salsa bar, water w/cups, Togo boxes and bags to use that at your convenience. They also have a variety of agua frescas - I had the horchata which was good! Next time I came I'll try a margarita or Paloma. Def recommend this place!

Hey Now, Finally If you've seen my other post regarding Mexican food then you know I've been on the hunt since I've stepped foot in GA. And I've had no luck with the places I've tried. But Burris el Gordo had such good reviews and the pictures looked right. I was not disappointed in the least. We went on a Friday late afternoon only 1 group ahead of us. Ordering was quick the food came out timely, it was hot and fresh. Everybody enjoyed their dish. I got the chicken birria tacos, the kids got beef and I brought an order back for a friend she loved it as well. I could tell when we were leaving that the crowd was coming so get in as early as possible. Those TikTok videos folks standing outside waiting. You want a birria this is your place.

The food was delicious the Barría was a little watery but good. Service was awesome and the restaurant was clean. Nothing is like the Mexican food in Cali but they were a lot better than some of the other places here in Georgia.

Food: 2/2 Service: 2/2 Ambiance :0 I'm always on searching yelp for new food/restaurants to try and I came across this place. The Birria tacos are absolutely delish!!! They have a bar of sauces and condiments of anything you can think of! The service was quick and the food was fresh! We will definitely be back!

Tacos!!! So good. The salsa bar was the best! The birria taco were just ok as the consumé was a little too salty.

This place is overhyped. The food is OK. I knew what was up when I got asked "which meat?" For the birria tacos. The shells gave me Taco Bell Doritos Locos vibes and the quesa birria taco was just a corn tortilla with meat cheese and onion. (Per my request no soapy cilantro... yes i'm one of those). I chose steak and the only reason it was birria is because it came with consomé. Some of you may like how simple this sounds. Birria (Spanish: [birja] ) is a meat stew or soup made from goat, beef, lamb, mutton, or chicken. The meat was not stewed just placed in the taco to be dipped. Once again... it was not bad BUT It was not birria to me. The selections are steak chicken or beef and it is just a taco that you dip in the consomé. In an area filled with authentic Mexican food I was left a little dissatisfied. But some of you may like the simplicity. Clearly love it. I guess if your tired of the same traditional Birria this is a win. The my friend had the loaded fries. They came out waffle fries which were different than the crinkle fries pictured on the menu, but I think it made it better. They were just steak with queso, and the flag... Pretty good. The dining area was huge with a lot of parking spaces and it was a take a buzzer and wait for your food situation. They have a few beer and margarita selections no full bar. and the vibes were chill with light music playing.

I just went here with my husband and friend and I got the number 7 on the menu with the birria eggrolls, everything was really good I highly recommend the egg rolls be eaten with that yellowish sauce they serve it with it goes really well together and the tacos were very generous portions. They could have added a bit more seasoning to everything but over all it was really good! I also got the mango drink I didn't know there was pulp in it so it threw me off when I had to chew my drink but it tastes good I just am not a fan of pulp.

The space is huge and has many tables and the inside is decorated nicely as well. There is a salsa bar to the side and I really loved that they had one ! All of the sauces are labeled (hot, hottest). We got the Birria tacos (number 1) and quesadillas (number 3) from the menu. The birrias were flavorful and juicy. Also really loved the quesadillas! You get a choice of meat and we went with beef for both. Each order also comes with chips and consume. The consume was salty but still tasty. I also got the mango agua loca and it was amazing. Fruity, sweet and salty. Loved the tajin on the rim. Overall, a great lowkey place for some tacos.

If you are looking for some good Birria in Marietta this is the spot. Amazing food, aqua frescas that rotate so always new flavors and good combos so someone can always get what they are looking for.

I placed an order online for about $70 and on the way I found out that I need more food. So on the drive there I called the restaurant to try to add to the order and they refused to help me. They made it clear that they do not accept any type of phone orders even though I was already adding onto an existing order and I was driving. I placed a second order online and when I got to the restaurant, they didn't even have it. on top of that they take it or leave it attitude. No wonder why the place was dead during lunchtime. Will never come back here again.
