Didn’t know this restaurant is a cashless establishment and I wanted to pay in cash at the drive thru. Employee was nice but it’s easier if a customer wants to pay in cash for personal reasons. Then when I pay with my card or Apple Pay, this restaurant always ask for a tip. Why if my food is it go, or when I am at the drive thru? Please remove that option. The food is already pricey to begin with especially if I’m not dining it or having a large catering order.

I love this place. It’s reasonably priced and a healthier alternative to traditional fast food. Their bowls are so large that I can usually make two meals out of one order. Also, every time I’ve been here, whether it’s just for takeout or drive thru, all of the employees are always so pleasant!

A very friendly and attentive manager, Chad, gave me wonderful service today. He gave some awesome suggestions with the help of a friendly employee, Cassandra, despite the fact that I had my mind set on a bowl that was being served from the previous season. This would be my second time eating here and I must say I will definitely be back to try more of the other options on the menu and to top it off the Mango Limemade is a must because you know I Got to have the Bev (Beverage). Wow! I am so impressed and extremely grateful! I went here for my first time today & oh my, this food is so good!! The service was top tier, the staff were informative and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very clean, cozy, and warm. Since it was my first time ordering from Gusto’s, I didn’t know about the no cash rule and the staff member who took my order, gave my food to me for free!! That’s so nice!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ? They also sell CBD beverages here too and I love me some CBD! Thanks again!!!
I haven't been to Jicho since well before the pandemic. It Hass to been at least four years. I decided to give it a try because I want something on the healthier side. After leaving CVS, I hopped over. I was greeted by an older gentleman who was kind and full of suggestions. I tried his suggestion. It was some sort of a harvest seasonal meal they had been advertising. I gave it a try. i'm not a fan of ranch, but the dressing was tasty. I sat in the restaurant which is something I'd like to get back to doing but it's hard these days because service is not great. However, here I was pleasantly pleased. I was even checked on while sitting enjoying my meal. The restaurant was clean and the water was cold.
