went for the Thanksgiving dinner. I think it was the worst meal I’ve ever ever had. Warm mimosas no stuffing or pumpkin pie or anything you would expect. Everything was bland and seemed like it was out of a can. At $75 a person. It was simply ridiculous.
Had the Easter brunch with complimentary mimosa. $75.00 per person drinks extra. The three of us enjoyed our time. I made reservations nine days prior with asking for outdoor seating. When we arrived weather was good but they were not seating outside. Disappointed not to have outside seating. Nice buffet but the cake was previously frozen and apple pie not homemade. The lemon petite tart was not made with fresh lemon. Probably frozen previously too. The ice cream bar had only vanilla and cool whip topping. The strawberry and chocolate syrups were flavored. For the price charged a couple of real signature desserts would have been great. The macaroni was great. The salmon, chicken and beef were good. The ham was not a a good choice and was not at a carving station as described when I asked about the buffet. Fruit was good. Since this is the first since Covid 19 I’ll give for credit for a nice presentation.

Ate a few breakfasts while staying here. Compared to other Hilton locations, their breakfast offerings are pretty decent.

I wanted the hotel to be better than it is. The bar/restaurant are in definite need of a refresh. Besides for being incredibly loud and definitely more of a bar than a restaurant, of the food options, several items were unavailable on Monday, which did not bode well for the rest of the week, the credit card machine was out all week, which was also not great, and some of the drink options were unavailable as well. But the service was great.
Had read some good reviews about this hotel. Pictures looked good and the decor was very pleasant. Big let down was the food offering and bar service. Wait staff didn’t understand the menu, and could not explain why Mac and Cheese was not classed as vegetarian. Bar had ONE bottle of Sam Adams and the cider was flat. $26 for what was claimed to be Tempura battered Fish and Chips. - but was actually pre-cooked and frozen pieces of triangular nondescript and tasteless fish.
Front desk crew were great as were bar tenders. Hallway noise between 11:30-1:00 AM like being at a football stadium. I’m not going to consider this property. Bed hard except for the troughs where foundation over used. Clean but infrastructure old and tired
We were staying at the Hilton for daughters wedding along with 35 other guests to wedding. Staff was rude at check in and stated early check in fee was $75. Staff were bringing in fast food but stopping guests in lobby informing we could not bring in food. Check out would be an email receipt, that never arrived. Received notice from our bank of extra $120.05 charge and have no idea for what. Room was musty smelling, Wi-Fi did not work. We were there 4 nights and wish we had made reservations elsewhere. We’re told if we checked out early there would be no refund
This was the worst meal I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere not only that but we weren't told that they didn't accept credit cards because their machine was down until after we were brought the check and told we could eat their charge it to our room or pay cash we weren't staying at the hotel and didn't have cash and had we known ahead of time we would have gone elsewhere. They brought us out what appeared to be frozen food reheated in a microwave Versus a $26 fish-and-chips that would have been a handbattered selection in any other restaurant but was clearly from the frozen food section of Walmart as well as the unseasoned hamburgers that were served and the fries appeared to have been double fried somehow or reheated. Then as if that were enough We were told it was our responsibility to figure out To which I replied it was his responsibility to let a customer know if they would need to make accommodations to pay in a specific way . Over all poorly trained staff with no Manners are etiquette sub par in every capacity and definitely not what we expected from helton. We will never be back Highly recommend if he want a dining experience that's worth what they're charging at the Hilton in the pub my suggestion is to go anywhere else. It's sad because I'm a HiltonHonors member And I've had many fine experiences in Hilton Hotels including the lovely breakfast restaurant in this hotel at the Marietta convention center in Marietta Georgia. So disappointed.
All staff was wonderful—except for the person at the hotel I originally spoke to by phone who was rude, disrespectful and condescending. I discussed this with the general manager in person but got no feedback. The Hyatt I stayed in last time includes breakfast. Something to consider for your hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room very clean. And I loved the water with lemon in the lobby.
I was attending a wedding and wanted a cup of coffee in the AM. Normally there is coffee in the lobby for guests. In all my experience traveling I have never encountered a hotel, especially one that is a conference center and on a golf course, that did not offer this amenity to guests. In addition, when arriving I was told that the breakfast restaurant had a buffet and ala carta but when going into the room they did not offer anything other than a 18.00 buffet. I contacted Hilton to make the suggestion about the coffee but they did not reply.

I absolutely love this hotel! It is beautiful, well decorated and a wonderful family environment. Julie was extremely pleasant and provided excellent customer service. She made sure everyone felt welcomed and comfortable. Michael was also very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good team working during breakfast each day of the week!
Stayed two nights and three days and was vey pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, easy overnight parking, hotel/rooms were very clean and everything was reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again next opportunity. I’ve stayed at other well known hotels in the area and none compare to this one.
Great hotel in a great location in Marietta GA. Plenty of parking. Wide open spacious and clean lobby and reception area. Quick check in with customer service who were excellent to deal with. Clean throughout. Big room with all you need for a stay. Great bathroom that was clean and excellent water pressure. Nice hotel gym. Good bar and restaurant on site with great service and food. Look forward to staying here again on future trips to the area
