that chicken was too salty gave me a headache you were running your blood pressure up

It was my first time there I had heard so much about it .ordered the fish lunch special I didn’t get any coleslaw or bread. Realized it when I got to my car. Went back into the restaurant to let them know I was told to bring my order in and rake through my fries and fish to prove that it had been forgotten. Never coming again I almost wanted to take my tip back from the cashier I put in the jar before I received my order lol first and last time for me

I'm orginally from Chicago grew on Harold's...This food was good hot fresh But not the taste of orginal Harold's if YOU'RE not from the Chi you can't miss what YOU never had

Their fish was fresh and hot the coating on the fish was nice and golden brown my first time but I will be going Beck for their good customer service?

I really wanted to like this place as it was highly rated. However the service was poor - wasn't told that it would take 25 minutes to receive my order until after my payment was taken. The food itself was not very good. The tenders were rubbery and the mild "BBQ" sauce was a bad recipe (95% ketchup and 5% who knows what). Blue cheese sauce was literally a packet of Ken's blue cheese salad dressing. There are other chicken places in the area that don't have these issues so I won't be returning here.

This is the only place that makes up hours of operation!! It's 6pm and I we just feel like closing. I will keep taking my business to the Harold's Ice Bar. At least they honor the operating hour and prices don't change everyday!!

Im sorry to say this. But STOP TARNISHING THE HAROLDS CHICKEN NAME. Why did i wait 30 min for cold chicken. As a chicagoan, i realize my standatds may be slightly higher than a non chicagoan. But the fries were freezer burned, over cooked, and then cold? Why? Cold tiny wings. Smh, i live 6 min away. How the chicken get cold that fast? Ive walked blocks in freezing cold with harolds, and the chicken was still hot. Id happily insist that you change the name. Call it anything but harolds. Call it Johns or something, that way ppl wont be dissapointed.

I love this Harold’s chicken . The food is always hot fresh and crispy.The staff is amazing and alway provide excellent customer service. I use to work near and was coming since they first open up. I will absolutely take that drive for the food again.

Wowwwwww! What can I say. I'm originally from the Midwest and this location definitely stepped! The ice bar one was the only one I knew of, then I found this. The Ice Bar can't even compare!!!!!!! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The customer service was amazing. It was a sweet older woman at the front desk, and she was heavily well mannered and a delight to be around. I didn't even get a chance to post a picture, because me and my family dug right in! LOL ? That chicken never stood a chance! Let me say this the whole store was cleaned, and smelled so good. They had the ambiance just right with good times on the television, and some D4L music on in the kitchen. Not my type of music but let people of color be them, they need music to work lol that's how we roll. I loved it! It will be my new spot when I'm in GA. I plan on relocating here so this is a plus.Lastly, I forgot I ordered a 24 piece bucket of chicken. The prices are worth it❤️

Fries cold and chicken had no flavor. Disappointed :( maybe some salt and pepper or something next time

So the other night I mistakenly ordered from another restaurant with a similar name and my gosh was I disappointed. I'll never do that again. Harold's fried chicken is everything!

I never heard of Harold’s Chicken. I was looking for a local spot for good chicken and I was pleasantly surprised when I came upon this place online. The first thing you notice is how clean they are. Spotless is a good word. Then the staff. They are extremely kind and sociable. I didn’t know what to expect so I didn’t call ahead to order. Yes it does take 20 minutes but they cook the food when you order it so in my opinion, it’s worth the wait. Your food is really hot
