This is closed. It's not Harold's Chicken Shack If you are looking for Harold's keep on driving because it's not at the location. Someone at yelp needs to remove it from the site or the attached address

I'm glad they are closed the people there had nasty attitudes

It was my first time there I had heard so much about it .ordered the fish lunch special I didn’t get any coleslaw or bread. Realized it when I got to my car. Went back into the restaurant to let them know I was told to bring my order in and rake through my fries and fish to prove that it had been forgotten. Never coming again I almost wanted to take my tip back from the cashier I put in the jar before I received my order lol first and last time for me

My husband is from Chicago and this was truly a disappointment because after not really wanting Harold's I said ok... and as usual disappointed. The shrimp was so hard in the inside I couldn't even eat the rest. The fish was unseasoned... Fries soggy and undercooked... $40 is not your quick snack for lunch type of meal! So I called and was offered 20%,but my husband said he won't be returning so that was money just wasted . I tried to upload a video ,but Yelp only allows pics ..

After opening the box, the smell of old cooking oil met my nose. The fries were a mix of undercooked, soggy and burnt. The catfish was unseasoned and tasteless. However the coleslaw was good; something the other locations here in GA fail to consistently provide. Oh well $40 waisted!

I really wanted to like this place as it was highly rated. However the service was poor - wasn't told that it would take 25 minutes to receive my order until after my payment was taken. The food itself was not very good. The tenders were rubbery and the mild "BBQ" sauce was a bad recipe (95% ketchup and 5% who knows what). Blue cheese sauce was literally a packet of Ken's blue cheese salad dressing. There are other chicken places in the area that don't have these issues so I won't be returning here.

This is the only place that makes up hours of operation!! It's 6pm and I we just feel like closing. I will keep taking my business to the Harold's Ice Bar. At least they honor the operating hour and prices don't change everyday!!

Pretty disappointing experience. We ordered two lunch specials - tenders and chicken wings. The tender meat was far from tender, more like rubber. My husband and I would prefer Wendy's chicken nuggets to the chicken here. The mild sauce was very ketchup-ish and not craveable. Fries were mediocre. AFTER we ordered, we were told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. Would have liked to know that beforehand. The woman running the cashier was nice.

I was finally able to try the Chicken Gizzards! They are some of the best gizzards that I've had in GA! I will definitely visit again!

Stopped by for takeout on the way home (dining room is still closed). Wait was as mentioned elsewhere about 20 minutes which is not long for fresh cooked food. The wings, these are not the small wings you get at wing shops but full size with lots of meat in light breading but appeared to lack any spices at all & need the hot sauce provided for flavoring. Decent coleslaw is a nice coarse cut but serving size barely offers 2 forkfuls as it is in a single condiment container. Fries are thick cut without any salt, tried a couple and put them outside for whatever wants to clean the container. Bread was a piece of Texas toast, no butter...

Im sorry to say this. But STOP TARNISHING THE HAROLDS CHICKEN NAME. Why did i wait 30 min for cold chicken. As a chicagoan, i realize my standatds may be slightly higher than a non chicagoan. But the fries were freezer burned, over cooked, and then cold? Why? Cold tiny wings. Smh, i live 6 min away. How the chicken get cold that fast? Ive walked blocks in freezing cold with harolds, and the chicken was still hot. Id happily insist that you change the name. Call it anything but harolds. Call it Johns or something, that way ppl wont be dissapointed.
