Ribs , rib tips, brisket, and customer service!! 10/10. You don’t even need bbq sauce on your food but if you must put it on, that’s fire/bomb too! I’ll be back, the owner is friendly and welcoming. Support local businesses.. this is the best bbq I’ve had in a long time!!! Next time I’ll take a photo of my food, it was so good, we went to work on that plate lol!

Pork ribs have great flavor and are nice and tender. Rib tips were good to. Collards were a great side to go with any meal. Definitely returning on my next trip to the area

You honestly couldn't not meet the standards Herb has here. This man knows his ribs and takes care of his customers. I had the pleasure to met him and he Will take care of you and he has a kids menu, just ask for it. Best ribs I am told, I was not fortunate to stay in to town to try them, but locals raved about his quality and attention to detail. Next time I am in the south and I am avid Midwest bbq reviewer I Will give this my honest review vs KC, STL, Memphis, Nashville, Omaha and Oxford bbq. This claims to be the top notch, worth the try and be sure to say hi, you Will not be disappointed with the customer service. Good times and better people. I wish you the best of luck Herb.

Straigh up, Best ribs I ever had😂no bullshit. I genuinely don’t give 10/10s lightly but them ribs was amazing. I’d gladly drive 30 minutes anyday just for them ribs.

The food was absolutely delicious, the meat was so favorable, perfect post hike lunch spot. Ribs and rib tips are flavor bombs and the chicken was amazing. 10/10

I meeeean if u have any bbq. Have Herbs!! Delicious. They forgot one of my meats in my platter and they gave me an additional meat for waiting for an additional 15min. I will k ly eat BBQ in austell.

The service and atmosphere are outstanding! I’m eating now and I can’t wait to go back. Surprise, you’re greeted with a sample when you’re there. I got the brisket and beef sausage combo. Got a taste test of the rib tip. I’ll show you the before pics. Go to Herb’s.

I’ve been here several times and the ribs and rib tips are always on point. They’re well seasoned and cooked just right…delicious with or without the barbecue sauce.

It's the best BBQ JOINT I town, although the pork sausage is just a tad bit spicy but it had a wonderful smoky flavor.I just loooove their samples that they offer to people that enter the door.The staff there are very courteous and super friendly.I haven't tried the banana pudding yet r the red velvet cake.I met Herb personally myself through my husband one day and when he said that he was gonna open up a restaurant in Mableton Ga,
I knew for sure that I would definitely have to buy some of his good ol' smokin sausages and ribs!!!Might I add that their ribs are delicious and tender to perfection!!☺️☺️🍗🍗

Don't order delivery... you will never get it. Had to cancel order door dash waiting to pick up order over an hour.
