Hibachi Grill & Amazing Buffet

I have never had this experience before at any restaurant I have ever been at. My husband and I ate dinner there the other night and we paid cash for our meal and when the waitress bought back our change, my husband handed her a tip and she literally said is that all. She really didn’t do anything for us. All she did was pick our plates up and bring us a check.. I think that is very unprofessional and I will never go back there again. Then a gentleman was walking out the door when my husband was coming out and he said something about his bill being 18.99. My husband asked him why was his bill so high because the meal is only 13.99 he said because he didn’t leave the lady a tip. She added five dollars to his bill for a tip and he wasn’t even planning on giving her one that is outrageous. I love eating there because I love the food, but I will never come back again because of the way those waitresses expect you to give them money and they really don’t even do that much for you.

Food is great, service is great but I’m not gonna lie everything in there is outdated as far as furniture and atmosphere.

I just finished lunch. It was delicious. They are a moderate sized buffet, so it is calm and not overcrowded by the food areas. The servers and cooks are polite and kind. The food is very fresh and cooked perfectly. The cost is $9.99 for lunch. This is my fourth time here and I will be back regularly.

Kid-friendliness: I would think it would be fine if the children are behaved. It is a small, calm buffet.

Wheelchair accessibility: Is should not be a problem as everything is on one level.

Don't waste your money or time go down the street to Atlantic Buffet. 3845 Austell rd. Here You'll be disrespected, rushed for bug infested food.

Food was good but service wasn’t, and I’m not sure if tipping is obligated but I was forced to do so . We got one refill once and that was the only time our waiter did anything. She literally wouldn’t let me leave without writing the tip.Pay them better so they don’t have to go around begging and making people feel bad for tips. Most likely won’t be back because of that experience .

It's a buffet. It was ok. Food not as fresh or as good as in the past. A lot seemed to be over-cooked, reheated. Staff was somewhat friendly. It has lost it's appeal. There was a strong odor that resembled urine where they sat us. I don't think we'll be back.

The restaurant is big, with an awesome selection of seafood! Unfortunately the leftmost dining room smells like a busted sewage pipe. All of the food was cooked to completion. That I had at least. And it just kind of looked like an older building. Don't think I'll be back, unfortunately. The smell was a bit overwhelming.

We were visiting family. The area they sat us in had a really foul smell, like sewage. We stayed out of courtesy but we really wanted to leave.

The food was ok but the issue is the one little woman there tries to make you give her a big tip. She tried to lie and say one of my family members didn't pay just very unprofessional won't be back

Worst Buffet Experience Ever! Disgusting & Unprofessional!
If I could give zero stars, I would! My family and I went to Hibachi Grill & Amazing Buffet expecting a nice meal. WRONG. First of all, the place smelled like an old mop. The floors were sticky, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms – absolutely disgusting! The food looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The “sushi” was warm (um, hello, food safety?!), and the hibachi station was a mess. I asked the chef for extra sauce, and he gave me the worst attitude, like I was bothering him for wanting edible food! They call this place “Amazing Buffet”? More like “Amazing Disappointment.”
The staff were just standing around, not clearing plates, and they barely spoke to us. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were “busy.” Are you serious? Busy with what? Avoid this place at all costs – your stomach and taste buds will thank you.

Normally this place is great, good food and a good price for lunch. Today however, we walked in to be seated. As we walked to our table, the stench of sewage became overwhelming. At that point, we turned around and left. If the smell is any indication, there are some health issues going on and personally, my family and I will not be going back until they have resolved the sewage issue.
