COMFORTING ATMOSPHERE…great food and customer service is over the top we got a free cookie on the store manger and the sweet tea was perfect I WILL be back to this location . Maggie had great customer service and welcoming energy

Jeffery always gives amazing customer service every time I visit! He’s super friendly, patient, and makes sure every order is just right. You can tell he really cares about the customers and enjoys what he does. It’s always a pleasure being helped by him, definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back to Honey Baked Ham!

We normally love coming to Honey Ham, but today the two gals running the place went above and beyond for us. The food was delicious and we were attended in a promptly and kind manner. It has been our best visit yet 9/23/25.

Placed an order via third party order delivery company on Friday for a Monday delivery. This was supposed to be delivered to a family as a condolences for the loss of a loved one. The order was scheduled for delivery between 5pm and 5:30pm. At approximately 5:45pm we still had not been notified of the order being picked up. We attempted to contact this store directly by phone to inquire about our order but no one ever answered. We also confirmed we were still before their posted closing time. We then contacted the corporate customer service. Explained the issue we were experiencing. The representative only advised us to continue trying to contact the store and the delivery company. We were already speaking with the delivery company and they also attempted to contact the store directly with no luck.

We told The Honey Baked Ham representative that the delivery company was unable to contact the store also. It was then that the representative told us that they had a system update and we wouldn’t be able to contact the store. He then advised us to continue trying to contact the store until we were able to reach someone.

We were then advised by the delivery company that they went ahead and cancelled the order due to no confirmation or communication from the store. I advised the representative from The Honey Baked Ham that the order had been cancelled. I responded with “Continue to try and contact the store manager and the delivery company manager to coordinate the delivery.”

I am sorry this is just a terrible experience and The Honey Baked Ham company not taking any responsibility for the situation is the most appalling part.

Always preorder honey baked ham for the holidays . Now they are charging a convenience fee to preorder and prepay. Not that convenient to pay ahead of time anymore. Money grab for already expensive food .
