Over priced and not good at all. The food is definitely BLAND! We were not impressed and have no plans of returning. Service was amazing but do not waste your money. You will want to go through a drive thru afterwards. We did!
The very worst general chicken I’ve ever had eggroll was like a rock and tasteless. I really enjoyed the last time I was there. That’s why I went back for lunch. I do not recommend

This location is downtown Marietta Square. Very good food, beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Waitstaff is very knowledgeable about the menu, just a very pleasant place to dine.

This was a step beneath Chinese fast food. The fried rice that comes with the meal was mushy had no flavor & no added ingredients. We ordered a platter of chicken fried rice on the menu. It was just 1 step better. The 10pc wings didnt have a price on it… we hadnt noticed but our check said $16 and it wasnt quite done. The sweet and sour chicken wasn’t done either. I found myself tasting flour/batter. Bottom line don’t be fooled by the cleanliness and by the decor of the place; those get a high score. But food and anything to do with food ZERO points.

Very disappointed. Cashew chicken. Spoon full chicken found 2 cashews. LOTS filler. $20 plus. TERRIBLE
My husband and I stopped in House of Lu as part of our never ending journey for authentic Asian food. From the moment we opened the big red doors and saw the aesthetic, art, and design we knew we were in for a treat.
The fried pork dumplings, green beans, and double cooked pork was the closest we’ve come to food we’d have every day while living in China. My husband had the beef pho and was so impressed. The cocktails are creative and delicious also. 10/10 fully recommend House of Lu.
The owners were so nice and checked on us and all the other customers and service was fantastic and accommodating.
I have three recommendations:
Serve the food on heated plates - the food got cold pretty quickly.
Serve the dumplings with the hot chili oil (ask for it if they don’t serve it - it was a game changer for an already delicious dumpling)
Make it spicier - some of the dishes were listed as “spicy” but they were definitely sweeter than spicy.
Don’t miss out on this Marietta marvel!

This place is unreal. Staff was amazing, attentive, and friendly. Owners present and in the front of house. My wife and I lived in china for 5 years and can say the flavors are absolutely spot on. Aside from food and service the design and aesthetic are impeccable. We will be back.

Such a delightful atmosphere and very delicious food. Sweet and sour or Shrimp with Chinese vegetables, all was freshly cooked and seasoned perfectly. Nice lunch specials with fried rice and egg roll. A nice artistically designed quiet space.

Used to eat here a lot 20+ years ago. It is still good. Our server was a bit slow but was not a big issue. Coconut shrimp and Generals Shrimp were great.

Food was very good, all of the dishes we ordered came out prepared and cooked properly. The service was a little "dry", I think the owner could have smiled a little more. The chairs were a little uncomfortable but most are these days. Overall a good experience, I would recommend it.

I’ve never been to the restaurant, so I’m not sure of the atmosphere. But, they have delivered to me many times and the food is wonderful!

Obviously these reviews are fake. The dinner portions were tiny and bland. This didn’t even fill me and my boyfriend up and the flavor was so weak. Price was outrageous for what you get and we both have upset intestines and headaches.. update: we called and complained and got two free lunches (even though it was dinners) ordered them without MSG then we both got really sick and I’m pregnant dealing with a migraine and inability to eat normal for days plus my boyfriend had to take a day off work in agony. Here’s a piece of advice to anybody reading this with a similar complaint, call your local health department and report the restaurant that made you sick. If you haven’t eaten here yet then congratulations for avoiding this sickness, don’t be dumb - Just avoid this place.

A little disappointed. Close proximity to the Strand Theater and parking garage, so thought we'd try it. Not a restaurant we'd seek out again. Very average.
