Overpriced so-so chicken tenders. Pickles were good.

This location is has uniquely poor and inconsistent service. The inmates are running the asylum. The owner needs to get a handle on this and be more present.

I’ve eaten there at least 5 times and 3 have been awful. It ranges from teen aged indifference and apathy (more so than other fast food restaurant apathy) to rudeness. In fairness, the food is fine but service is a problem.

I always ask for a side of Howlin flakes to slightly spice up the Willy Hot and twice I’ve been told they will not give me a side of it. Really? A pinch of it in a cup versus the whole sandwich at the same price?

It’s never been an issue at any other location except this East Cobb dumpster fire. The manager working 11/13/24 was rude, checked out, and not accommodative. We left before the order was even placed. I’m not going to force business on an entity who doesn’t want it.

On my mama this one of the best fried chicken Ive ever had. Juicy, crispy, crunchy chicken with the perfect flavored sauce. Friendly and cultured servers with great voice. Definitely will come back again.

Boy oh boy I don’t even know where to even begin. This place has the juiciest chicken I’ve ever had and is complemented by the crispy fries as well as the signature comeback sauce. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Cool place! Very familiar with Willy’s Mexicana, but my first time at Howlin Willys was great! Mike was awesome, very attentive and friendly! He explained the menu and was obviously very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Howlin Willy’s, especially if Mike is working!

The tenders were delicious. My one issue is that the largest size you can get ‘for the flock’ is 8 TENDERS!!! I can eat 8 tenders by myself! And whats worse is if I wanted to add more tenders I have to buy per tender!
Hopefully someone does something about that.

The 8 piece chicken was not seasoned and barely tasted the hot. The chicken was very greasy, the pictures looked good thought I’ll try them out but I didn’t like the chicken everything else was fine, the fries was good and the customer service. Add some seasoning to the chicken.

I’d give it 3.5 if half-stars were a thing, but bumped it up simply because there are hardly any hot chicken options in the area, and most north of Atl are simply not good. This was not my favorite. Although the flavor of the Willy’s hot/second hottest was good, it was more of a seasoning than a sauce. I want some dripping sauce for the Nashville hot style I prefer—the bread it’s sitting on should not be dry. Overall this was too much of a dry rub for me. I’m still looking for a juicy, saucy Nashville hot like you can get in Atlanta (or Nashville, of course).
