First I called the restaurant to place my order twice - each time only to never have anyone answer the phone. Then I drive to the restaurant to place my order - I looked inside the restaurant as I was driving to the to go window and did not see any customers inside, but one family was entering at the time I pulled up. I go to the window and look into to see a young g brown haired white girl with her hair in a coiled bun preparing some kind of meat with her bare hands- 😷 Is this even legal??? Then I’m just sitting waiting for someone to come to the window, when a young black girl comes to the window and ask how she can help. I explained my frustration of trying to call my order in only for no one to answer the phone. She and the white girl claimed they never heard the phone ring - not sure how that is even possible unless they were just not even by the phones. Anyway they tell me I can place my order. I do. I wound up waiting almost 25 min in a drive thru! I had to honk my horn to get the attention of the white worker to ask how much longer it would be and when she checked with the black worker, she relayed it would be another 10 minutes???? Like what is going on you have one family in the entire restaurant. I placed my order before them and I have to wait another 10 minutes after having already waited for nearly 25! I requested my money back and the white worker refunded it. I don’t know if this is a problem with just these two workers or if this how this restaurant operates, but I purpose to never go back as it is a waste of time, energy and money!

This place was like an icebox. I looked around the dining hall and every customer had on a jacket or sweater. Everybody was cold. If you want a comfortable meal, go somewhere else. The management had to know it was freezing in there. A lot of restaurants use the front door as an excuse for cold dining rooms. But the weird thing was, they were sitting everybody by the tables near the front door. I won't return here.

This store has problems. Over and hour and no food. Not even crowded. We left and went to McDonald's. There is a new GM, 2nd day. It did sound like our server was going to be let go. After all most of her section just walked out with paying.

Food is amazing but on the weekends they have the AC on arctic blast and fans blowing like is 200 degrees outside. My food is cold within 2 minutes of hitting the table. Please stop freezing your customers !!!

Employees endangered me and my wife's life and other customers during a police chase outside your restaurant, the individuals ran past the location to escape, every employee in the restaurant left to go watch the chase not locking down the store leaving customers exposed to danger. The individuals were caught right next door outside in the home Depot garden center and the staff remained outside I have yet to receive a call back about this incident as it has been reported this happened May 3, 2025 They left us out in the open they could have ran in the restaurant while all employees were outside and caused a hostage set-up , Since we have been constantly ignored this is the first start to rectify this incident.
