The food here was really good. Although it was super crowded, they were able to get us in really quickly. I was meeting family for a quick bite and I guess I didn't expect it to be so crowded on a Saturday morning. The food was tasty and as expected. However the best thing of all was the service and cleanliness. These ladies and guys did a great job of keeping everybody moving in and out and keeping the tables clear and bussed and the floors clear of any debris despite having so many people moving in and out of it. I remember when they first opened. I ordered a rooty tooty fresh and fruity and underneath all of that fresh and fruity rooty tooty was an uncooked stack of pancakes. The manager was super nice but my taste for this place was severely soured. I've been back several times since then over the years and they've gotten so much better. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come again. It's a great family spot for a quick bite to eat. The menu has lots of options whether you want breakfast lunch or dinner and plenty of options for the kids. This location is great very visible and the parking lot has quite a bit of good parking.

I took my daughter to breakfast. She ordered the French toast six dollar breakfast. It is the same as the regular French toast breakfast it just has hash-browns. But the regular French toast breakfast is twice the price. I let my waitress know that she wanted the six dollar breakfast. A manager came over and basically said thatwe were served the regular breakfast and what would she like me to do about it? I told her that I would like the six dollar one since that’s the one we ordered. She left came back with an adjust. we were served the regular breakfast and what would she like me to do about it? I told her that I would like the six dollar one since that’s the one we ordered. She left came back with an adjusted receipt and a plate Then proceeded to ask my daughter to scrape the hashbrowns off her plate. The only reason why I could see her doing this is because she’s going to reserve the hash-browns to somebody else. I thought it was a very unsanitary move for a mistake that they made.

Our waitress had a hard time taking our orders and there were mistakes, but they were corrected in kind. Food is mid but cheap.

This is the second time we walked in and the hostess was chatting it up with people and didn’t acknowledge us standing there. She was standing two feet from us. Other staff walked by and didn’t say hello. This particular IHop staff has really gone down hill. We walked out and went elsewhere. We have decided we are done with this location.

My husband and I went to IHOP this morning and our server name was Chris. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. He served us with a smile. The whole entire time we had him go back and pick up a few items that we requested. He did it with a smile. We were very happy, the food was absolutely delicious and ordered it as we requested with some changes to our order. We will return. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everyone was polite and smiling.

I went there for breakfast you ordered day and I ordered the vegan omelette with egg whites it was horrible! Egg whites tasted like soap I could only eat the vegetables the avocado the mushroom that was in it. Also I ordered the biscuits and gravy I wasn't given enough gravy to even wet the biscuits when when I told the server now look at this it's not nearly enough to cover the biscuits she said I would have to buy another gravy I ended up spending about $21 for that garbage stay out of that place. I went through this past Sunday

Reviewed this location a couple yrs back. Since then, have returned several times and was very disappointed in our last few visits.
The service has declined drastically.
This morning, we arrived at around 8:30 and we were promptly seated.
Our order was taken, as others arrived. ( we were alone in the restaurant when we arrived. )45 minutes later, as others who arrived after we did received their food, I asked about our food.
The waitress returned 5 seconds later with our food. Cold as it has sat for half an hour.
We were offered no explanation or apologies, so we went to waffle house across the parking lot.
Ihop should be aware that there are lots of choices.
I brought my 80 year old grandmother here last night for dinner, as “breakfast for dinner” is one of her favorites and when we arrived there were no other customers in the dining room at the time. The staff was all huddled in the back corner of the dining room, furthest away from the front doors, chatting and laughing - no big deal, because once we were seated by our server (do not recall her ever telling us her name, but I do clearly recall her shift in attitude the second she asked for our drink orders before we even got to the booth she was sitting us at). Grandmother wanted coffee but because of how late in the day it was, I told the server “decaf” immediately after my grandmother asked for a cup of coffee, followed by “I have a glass of water for myself” to which she said “so 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf” - after clarifying on our drink orders several times, she responded with an eye roll before just turning and walking away. Our drinks come, we were asked what we wanted to eat - 55+ 2x2x2 pancakes eggs bacon and the New York Cheesecake pancake stack for myself side eggs over easy and hash. We had just eaten at this location a few weeks prior to this and the food was excellent, service fast and simple - last night was an entirely different experience. Our food comes out and the cheesecake pancakes don’t look anything like what the menu showed or what I had eaten a few weeks ago so I simply questioned if they were prepared properly because it was just 2 pancakes topped with runny whipped cream and strawberry sauce, no cream cheese filling or whatever else was supposed to make them “cheesecake pancakes”. The server took my plate back to the kitchen, said “he wants these remade because they don’t look like the picture” and a roar of complaints start pouring from the staff in the kitchen (I didn’t ask for them to be remade, I simply asked if they were made right to begin with). We were seated directly outside the kitchen doorway, so the conversation amongst staff about how “ridiculous it would be to remake those pancakes just because they don’t look like picture” and “he can eat those the way we made them or he can be up charged to have extra toppings”. After a few minutes of everyone in the kitchen going back to back, I simple walked to the kitchen doorway and asked for my plate back because it was clearly a mistake on my part for not knowing what comes on the food I had ordered (I know what I ordered…..) and offered the staff standing in the kitchen a big pointer on how to complain about their customers concerns or requests with an inside voice and to be mindful of where customers are sitting before they do begin to complain or make comments about people “being ridiculous”. The manager on duty was also standing in the middle of the kitchen during this entire ordeal and not a single word came from her mouth - no apology, no let us make this right for you, no explanation to clear any confusion I may have had - nothing. From that point until we left, the only “service” we got was the check. Water never got refilled, no check on how the rest of the food was, no table stop by the manager on duty, nothing except the check. Once the server handed me the check, she stood directly by the table waiting for me to immediately pull my wallet out. Still helping my grandmother finish her meal, still trying to finish eating whatever it was they served me - that was of no concern to her, she stood there until I handed her my card to pay (meaning I had to stop what I was doing during my meal and pay that very second, just so she would walk away). It was just a very very unpleasant experience last night. I’m not one to demand discounts or refunds or comped bills or anything of that nature- I simply wanted to be served what I had ordered, not a slummed out lazy cook’s special of something similar to what I ordered. I’m also definitely not the one to take time and write a review - on anything, ever. But that experience last night was one I couldn’t pass on sharing, and probably will be the last experience for us.

Perfect breakfast. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Resturant was clean and orderly. Food was served quickly and perfect, very well prepared. Pricing was great for seniors. Excellent value for your money. Manager was attentive and empowered to make your dining enjoyable.

We visit this iHop often and today we were served by Christopher. He took great care of us and Zeke has been making sure everything is great for a few months. One in my family is particular about not having onions, peppers and mushrooms on the big steak omelet and last week we had to reorder. This week Christopher made sure it was right and since Zeke has been at the restaurant it has been a much better experience overall.

Visited this location twice and was pleasantly surprised with how the service was recently. Zeke was so kind and made sure we were treated well. I believe he is the new manager. Will definitely make this a regular spot.

I order takeout from here all the time and the food is tasty; great deals on the family meals.
I recently dined in for the first time with my Mom and our waitress Kim P was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive throughout our entire meal. I highly recommend you ask for her if you dine in (we plan to do so). Thanks Kim P for the stellar service.
