Ok, let's be real - we all know it's not the best meal available in Atlanta. As long as you understand what your getting, this location won't disappoint. I recognize that I gave the food and service 3 stars with a 4 star overall. The coffee took too long and we didn't see the server enough during the meal.However, after two weeks on a diet with no carbs or sugar - it was as of God himself set those strawberry syrup covered pancakes down and said, "these are my most perfect creation." Great start to my cheat day.

Disappointed this day. The waitress not sure if they were new on the job or short memory or just overwhelmed with the people. I usually have great service. Did not stay long enough to enjoy the food. So I just paid for the coffee and soda then left. I think best time to dine in is in the middle of the week.

Came here on 3/16/24 around 11:00 am. Cant remember our servers name but she was a little black girl with a tattoo on her neck. Horrible service is all I can say. I asked for water 3 different times and she still never brought it . It took us 3 different attempts to get creamer for my mom’s coffee. In the end , we just ended up canceling the food and leaving a 5 on the table. Definitely won’t be back. IHOP is slowing going down hill and the incompetent workers that they hire definitely don’t help either. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Havent been to IHOP in years but I was craving an omlette that they were advertising. I had the Colorado and it was really good and huge. Pancakes were on point as well. I especially liked the coffee which was delivered in its own insulated "pot" that had a couple of cups in it. Very nice touch. Service was good but had to wait a few minutes to get my check but no biggie. The place was clean and staff was very nice so I will definitely be back.

I have often ordered the Cali Turkey Sandwich along with many other meals. It has had a volume of turkey, tomatos, bacon. An hour ago, we visited this IHOP. We ordering the same meal again. We waited an hour for our food. The sandwich had a very small, partial, single piece of turkey slice. One small tomato on one side of the sandwich. The waitress said they didn't really known how to make a milkshake for my wife but they would try. It came out very melted and nearly tasteless. There was only one couple and my wife and me in the entire restaurant. The extremely low volume of customers has seemed to be the norm over the past year. Another customer was leaving and complaining that the employees should visit another IHOP for training. My wife and I have taken our 5 grandchildren nearly every Sunday for seven years until recently. A little over a year ago the service and food began to decline. My wife and I only go about once a month in hopes that service and food improves but it continues to decline. I have only ever written positive reviews and never a negative review until today. With such a high employee turnover rate I had hoped that a successful team would have emerged but haven't seen it. This complaint is not about receiving coupons or free meals as we will not be visiting the IHOP at West Cobb, Dallas Hwy. again. Thank you for allowing us to provide input. I assume you already know this informtion based on the store continuing decline. We hope this IHOP can change back to become the success it was several years ago. Reggie Baker

I Was provided with a great service. Detailed ingredients list was given to me to make an informed choice. Asked for syrup and was given 3 flavors to choose from. Now have waffle options on their menu. The waffles are great.

Server is nice but EVERTHING else terrible! Biscuits and gravy barely any gravy. Cant actually follow out order and bring anything out correctly. And 40 minutes to get our food out to the table and once again nothing is correct and still missing half the order to wait another 20 minutes. Never again!! Diet Pepsi awful!! Never again!!!

I’ve ordered to-go from here frequently and I can’t remember the last time my order was correct or they didn’t do something idiotic like give me no syrup when I order pancakes.
They were kind enough to fix us dinner so close to closing and it was so good!

Host basically ignored me and I asked if I could get seated. Told me there were only large tables. Like that matters? Sat me down at a table that was dirty to be ignored by the waitress. Did myself a favor and left.Won't be back.

Waitress with major attitude this morning. Said she had other tables to wait on.. Ordered coffees never came. Finally asked twice for cups from two different waitresses and never received any. Brought a coffee pot but no cups. No refills on tea. No water even though asked for twice. Never checked back except to bring the bill. A waste of 63.+dollars. Food mediocre.

The food was great. So happy they're open on Christmas morning. The pickup process was strange. The app said they had curbside, which I chose, I parked at curbside, waited several minutes, called and no one answered, pulled up to the window and they said they don't do curbside and handed me my food through the window. I just wish that they had communicated that this location didn't actually do curbside or they weren't doing it today. Anywho, the order was perfect, everything was prepared perfectly, everything was there, including utensils. I will use this location again, just not curbside pickup. Thank you!
