I am VERY disappointed with my experience. Placed an UberEats order. How do you served the wrong style eggs and not completely check the food BEFORE bagging it? How do you give DBL blueberry pancakes WITHOUT ANY BLUEBERRY SAUCE OR SYRUP!? HOW DO YOU BAG AN ORDER WITHOUT UTENSILS!?!?!

One young lady working the entire store by herself provided the bedt experience i have ever had at an IHOP. Everything was cooked perfectly! The most beautiful sunny side up eggs EVERš¤©

Good lord please pay people good enough money so someone good stays.. they need staff so bad, came in a week ago and tried to dine in with my fiancĆ©, nobody acknowledged us for over 10 minutes- finally another couple came in and sat in the table near us, and a waitress came over and took their drink order and still we got ignored! We actually just ended up leaving and went to Wafflehouse down the street with great service šš»then today I ordered takeout and the guy is running the front himself at dinner time and we sat in the window for 10 minutes just waiting for acknowledgment again ! Tried to blame it on me being ālateā for my pickup order. I love ihop, always thought their food and prices were great but this location is in serious need of better staff/ more staff.

Came in for a late lunch. It was not crowded, which was a plus since staffing was minimal.
Service was great. The server, Rayana, was attentive and helpful.

Waiter was good.
But they need a new manager. Kitchen is making a lot of mistakes. First it was the no ranch on a ranch sandwich. Today was no bacon on the burger. Manager needs to be replaced. He doesnāt care that the kitchen is flawed and he doesnāt care about scamming customers. Heard him tell the kitchen it was ok that they missed the bacon on my burger . This place would thrive with new manager. Waitress was nice and did her job. Nothing she can do if manager isnāt doing his job or the kitchen .

While Dre was great and doing all he could, he was one person doing host and server on a busy holiday morning. Need more staff. Also, the food just wasn't up to prior IHOP experiences.

This was our first time coming to this new ihop.. The waiter really ruined the experience for us as I think she may have been high or a robot!?!?! Her responses were delayed and she brought our receipt as soon as the food came to the table and was insisting for us to pay already . She got me mad at one point so I had to ask her if there was a time frame or something⦠then she never came back. The day after the food got me sick and we paid like $6 PER drink. Over priced and terrible service. I do not recommend. If I knew we were paying $75 for a meal we would have gone to somewhere a lot nicer.

From a critics point of view: I'm actually amazed by the service here at this IHOP location! Very clean, very professional, and very very polite! And I must say, Derek, an IHOP employee, had really tied all this together. He is a dedicated and hard-working employee. I see this young man going places.
