I regret I cannot give iLounge Taste The Difference more than 5 stars but to express my impression of this amazing restaurant a little bit more, I'd give it A++! I also regret I haven't discovered it sooner but hey, better late than never! :-) The search for my most favorite restaurant is officially over! :-) I'm extremely glad I discovered this great restaurant thanks to its amazing rating on Google. Without hesitation, hands down, the best fried goat (Tasso) I've had in my entire life!! In fact, overall, the best restaurant food I've ever had!! I'm not exaggerating. I've loved fried goat my entire life. It was roasted to a perfect degree, no grease, all edible (NO gristle), amazingly clean, smells and tastes so awesome because of the best seasoning that what I've originally planned to enjoy it when I reached home, I'd started devouring it in the car on my way. The flat (air-fried?) plantain bites side were the best. I've never come across one that was prepared and tasted like theirs - it wasn't plantain alone but had superb seasonings and in of itself is rather food that's significantly impactful. Amazing. Also, the Dijon-Dijon (Haitian black rice), the only part that survived the in-car feasting, was also incredibly delicious and enjoyed it with some surviving Tasso once I reached home. Its taste is unlike any other. An incredibly friendly and very courteous host that recommended it saying he was sure I'd like it wasn't wrong at all. Thanks brother! The sauce condiment was very tasty as well. The amazing host explained to me their restaurant business being family owned and operated, food is prepared fresh every day with none carried over for next day by his Mom who's very passionate about and makes it with love and great care. No wonder the food looks, smells and tastes like an authentic homemade food. Looking forward to trying all their other dishes and become their loyal customer.

Wow wow wow! This place is a true hidden gem! The food is to die for! I had the chicken pate and the beef pate for appetizer. Very similar to an empanada but way more flavor and a little spicy. I thought the spice was perfection! For dinner I had the lamb chomps with the black rice and oh my lord that was incredible! Best Haitian in town by far!

I'm pretty sure I've tried all the Haitian restaurants in the Atlanta area. I been to Austell, lawrenceville, stone mountain, downtown. But ILOUNGE! Oh my god, it's like my gramma in the kitchen. Helping though, cuz no disrespect to my gramma, but this was the best haitian food I've EVER had. And I made sure I tried damn near the whole menu. Griot?!? AMAZING, so juicy and seasoned well with more meat then bone. Tasso??? Just as GOOD. Haitian max and cheese?!? INCREDIBLE. and just for shits and giggles, we're gonna have creole chili wings that are DELICIOUS too. I'm so glad I found this spot, I will be a regular from here on out.

So ...... let me start off by saying the restaurant was open to the public although there was a repast going on! My family and I went to this restaurant after traveling all day and because we desperately wanted some oxtails--which they were all out of. We order our food which was a 3/10. We had no idea for what was in store next. We sat down and ordered our food. Ngl, the vibe was a little off but after traveling all day we just stayed because we were starving. The beverages are overpriced. My father-in-law got a chilled CANNED coke with a cup or ice which was $2.50! That's absurd. The rest of us got water which was also $2.50 and Aquafina water at that! So anywho we get our food, one plate at a time and let me tell you this is when things get interesting. My husband and I ordered the j*** wings, they were soggy and salty. My father in law order the curry goat and it was so tough and over cooked. We also over some beef and chicken patti's which tasted the exact same! They didn't have any flavor whatsoever. While we eating, someone came up to give an eulogy about the brother that passed and started singing Amazing Grace! On top of that we had people start to come up and give words about the man that passed. It was an emotional and intimate setting that I think the establishment should have been closed that night to properly honor him. No one wants to be out dining and feel so uncomfortable. Then our ticket came out to almost $100 when we didn't even order that much food and the food definitely wasn't worth it. Also the parking was bad and sketchy especially at night. We ended up getting our check and leaving to go to fast food restaurant to get something else to eat.

Thank you for soup Joumou! Happy Haitian Independence Day! It was flavorful and perfect. After being recommended after hearing an Haitian accent at a NYE party from a guy in a v nice suit. I should've known then that it would be good.

This place is fabulous. I wanted to try something different and I'm nervous about stepping out to new places. I'm so happy I found this place. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Since this was my first time I really didn't know what I want so the chef personally came out an went over the menu with me. I order the fried turkey wings with seasoned cabbage. The entire meal was fantastic, I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of there food.
