Infusion Crab ATL

It was okay. I was really hoping the hype was real but for me it wasn't especially for the price I paid.

I thought I was somewhere near the Coast. Sea food brought me back to my home in the islands. I really loved their customer service...and they are well mannered. Those young ladies are a force to be recon with near future...look out AtL, this is it.

I drove 30 minutes to try this restaurant and show my support.
However, I was disappointed on my first visit. I purchased three different foods off the menu: Cajun Shrimp Alfredo, Jerk Shrimp Alfredo, and Fried shrimp and fries. The Alfredo was salty, and I couldn’t eat either one. Both had to be thrown out; the box was filled with sauce. Driving home caused a significant mess. All the sauce started leaking out of the box into the bag.
Now, I can say the presentation was excellent.
Customer service-wise, the environment wasn’t welcoming, and the lady at the cash register had excellent energy/ customer service. The facial expressions given by one of the teens were very unsettling. I reached out to see what could be done, and instead of professionalism, I received an unprofessional message. I was hoping this could be a spot I could visit to get good food and be happy to support, but unfortunately, this visit as a first-timer was not good at all.

The food looks NOTHING like the advertisement pictures. The oysters looked WEIRD...And taste like they where cooked in OLD CHICKEN GREASE..The oysters looked like canned ones they fried. I would not recommend this to anyone .It was brought to my attention by the owner that I seemed to only focus on the oysters l stand corrected it was ALL a disappointment ..The food was placed on the plate from the container and what came out of the containers was what you saw. . HERE it is 12 hours later and I have received 18 messages from this establishment on IG clearly this is a teenager as she stated I am entitled to MY opinion. At this point this is considered harassment after I asked you to STOP .

My platter included crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, potato, boiled egg and corn with the house blend seasoning (hot). Believe me when I say there was NOTHING left when I got finished. I shares a Mac n cheese with my daughter and that was outta this world. It was sooooo good!

I wish them much success and hope one day it becomes an Atlanta staple!!!

Service was nice ! But the food overall was not worth $50! One the portion was not worth the $50 I paid !! The crab legs tasted like they were from Kroger ! Not good quality crab legs ! No meat ! I can tell my boiled eggs was cooked the day before ! & the flavor wasn’t giving ! I’m sorry ! This place definitely disappointed me and my homegurl !

Now my girl will tell you i rarely leave reviews unless i really just enjoyed my food and experience, but bbbyyyyyy! I had to show some love to these folks man everything is delicious and juicy and so flavorful, im really picky on my seafood spots because i’ve tried majority of the crab spots in atl and my go to spot is a place in gwinnett but i fasho think yall have won me over i definitely would always be okay with making the drive from the city! Worth it for sure , and the service was amazing!

I only give them this star is because I didn't get a chance to review this spot. They were closed. My biggest disappointment with black owned business is they don't actual operate like a normal business. How you closed? I'm just confused. Ijs

UPDATE 16Jul2024 10am - Last night I had severe symptoms of food poisoning. Bad stomach cramps, severe watery diarrhea, headache and nausea. The symptoms were unbearable but the urgent care was closed so I just fought through it. It’s one thing for the food to not taste the best or for employees to have bad attitudes but this is absolutely unacceptable.

OK food but horrible customer service! They charge for things and then leave the items off the order…sauces I requested and paid for. THIS is the reason why I don’t tip on to-go orders anymore. And the orders are VERY skimpy. 7 fried oysters for $12!?? you can’t make this kind of stuff up.

10/10 once again!! This place doesn’t miss! This time I tried the snow crab boil with Kenzie’s infusion mix hot and it was absolutely delicious and extremely flavourful. Perfect Sunday night treat ?

I’ve never had Alfredo this amazing in life! Truly the epitome of what real food is!!!

Vegetarian options: It’s so amazing I can’t begin to explain it!!! The owners are a true family and they deserve the praise and recognition for their hard work!
