Stopped in here for breakfast while waiting for Micro Center to open, and this place was exactly what I needed. I had just driven 12 hours down from Detroit yesterday and was about to head another 7 hours to South Florida, so finding a chill spot to grab some food and relax for a bit was perfect.
I got the eggs Benedict and they were awesome... perfectly cooked eggs, great flavor, and the hollandaise was on point. The coffee was solid too, and they kept it topped off without me even having to ask.
The vibe here is super relaxed, comfy, friendly, and just an easy place to hang out for a while. I was able to sit with my coffee, get a little work done, and just unwind before hitting the road again.
The staff was awesome! Really friendly and welcoming, which makes such a difference when you’ve been traveling forever. Honestly, this spot totally hit the spot. If you’re in the area (or just passing through), I definitely recommend stopping in.

The food is soo as long as you dont order Uber Eats when they have a buy 1 get one and they deliberately get your order wrong. Then because it's a buy 1 get one you can't get help from Uber Eats also.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before work. The place was empty, but had some Halloween decorations up. Not really inviting, and set in a strip mall. Service was slow and inattentive. Only got 1 cup of coffee and no refills. One gentlemen joined me at the counter then left after 10 minutes of not being waited on. The food lacked any depth or originality, and was just below average diner staples. Nothing really out of the ordinary or worth the price point.

I visited here a time before and just had coffee with some potato’s. I had to come back! It was definitely worth while!. Everything was fresh and I had a delicious fluffy pancake!. Amazing service!.

I’ve been to J. Christopher’s a few times with my partner and it’s always been a nice spot, but I can honestly say things feel even better now under the new management. We had the pleasure of meeting Ebbie, the new General Manager, and he completely changed the vibe of our visit. He was super friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. He even took a moment to chat with us about his family, opened the door for us as we were leaving, and shook our hands. That kind of personal touch goes a long way.
The team as a whole felt vibrant and welcoming, and you could tell there’s a positive energy in the restaurant. This location has always been a staple for us because it’s close to home, but now we’re even more excited to keep coming back. Ebbie mentioned he took over around June, and you can definitely see the impact already. Looking forward to continuing to support this establishment!

You have to go to this wonderful place! From the moment you walk in the doors, the owner smiles at you and acts as though you are part of the family! Fabian (Fabe) is an incredible server! And the food is amazing! My husband and I both had an Omelette. I had one with goat cheese and spinach that was just delicious. They not only make you feel welcome but seemed truly excited to see you. I can't wait to go back! They don't make people like these incredible owners of this restaurant anymore!

One of my favorite places to eat in Marietta. Food, service and atmosphere are all amazing. Like seriously it’s just always a great vibe and servers are super attentive and pricing is more than reasonable. My dad is sick and has to therefore avoid super carb heavy food and this place has a pretty great menu to accommodate for that and staff are normally very understanding to substitution requests. My only note is the hot chocolate, it has a sort of odd taste but that might just be me. Anyways definitely a place worth checking out.
Update 7 years later: the food is still really good, but the service has gotten weird lately. I have enjoyed this place for the casual breakfast environment and have had great experiences with the staff until this year.
The staff now does a lot of... bizarre behaviors like running out ahead of you to hold the door as you enter/leave the resturant and harassing you within 10 minutes of getting your food to ask if you want them to take your plate. Someone comes to ask how the food is and lingers way too long asking follow up questions.
Everything seems really forced and tense and I don't enjoy eating here the same way I used to. I can only assume there is a micromanager somewhere behind the scenes.
