Our experience at j. Christopher’s was wonderful. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was amazing. My family enjoyed our food. We had the just bubba which was wonderful, a great comfort food. Some of us had the maple toast which they loved and the poached egg on avocado toast. Our service was excellent and welcoming. We had no wait for a table and we will return.

Pad lock on the door handle, with a "for lease" sign on the windows. Location appears to be permanently closed.

Very poor service. Upon walking in, we waited for several minutes to be acknowledged by any member of the staff. Then we waited several more minutes while multiple staff members told us they would be right with us. Finally, we were told it would be five more minutes before we could be seated. It was 12:20pm with no customers in front of us and multiple tables open. We took our business elsewhere.

Great location, food, and atmosphere. The breakfast potatoes were fantastic - perfectly sized and crispy. Ricky is so friendly and attentive and suggested some the perfect option when we were stuck between two choices. His exemplary service brightens our mornings and he’s a big reason why we keep coming back to this location. Thank you J. Christopher and thank you Ricky!

The food was shockingly bad. Undercooked eggs, bacon that shatters like glass when you bite into it, plain breakfast potatoes, dry pancakes and a latte that tastes purely like steamed milk. Couldn’t even finish.

The seating posters and weight staff were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about their dishes. I would recommend Jay Christopher’s has a very nice experience.

I’ve eaten at this location 40 times-I’ve enjoyed it until today when one of the “partners” Barry Lennon approached me to question my disabilities in front of other customers as to go over the rules with me of having a service animal. I did not like how he approached me in front of everyone. I was so embarrassed and felt humiliated, on top of my disabilities that I already have. My service was inside of a dog stroller with the top pulled down, being respectful of others while they eat. I’m suppose to have my service animal walking around but I’m considerate of others. Barry did not try to pull me to the side to talk to me- instead: he was very loud and created a whole scene in front of a very busy Sunday. I needed something to eat so I can take my meds. About 2 weeks ago, I ate at J Christophers in Smyrna: and they told me to take my service animal and sit outside without even asking me if my pet was a service animal or not. The manager apologized and begged for me to please not sue them. She served me the entire time. I couldn’t be no more ashamed and embarrassed then I do today. Being approached twice without saying “good morning “ is my cue to stop eating here. I am an African American female with a disabilities. It’s already hard on me to live through discrimination but having multiple disabilities is just as worse. My pet and I was just recently hit by a fast moving car while we were pedestrians. Today I felt like Barry ran over me again. I felt like he stabbed my heart because after eating here 3 times a week- I developed a bond with other employees. Shout to Barry Lennon for embarrassing me and discriminating against me. This too shall past and I will report this to the ADA

Came here with the hubby for an impromptu breakfast date - our server Ricky was very kind and attentive. The food was simple, delicious, and no frills just tasty breakfast with my pumpkin latte. Very pleased and will be happy to return. I also enjoyed the openness of the seating, outdoor area, and the beautiful paintings and photography everywhere. The music wasn’t too loud and was family friendly.
