Went there with co workers, my first experience the wings were disgusting. I had teriyaki with lemon pepper sprinkle they were very salty, with no sweetness with fries which were okay. The fried mushrooms $8.99 and I may have only had maybe 7 mushrooms the batter was unseasoned. The worse JR Crickets I've ever been too, will never go back. I paid almost $32 for NASTY over priced food.??

First I'm going say, I will go back another time. They are fairly new, but no excuse for bad/poor service. Especially when they charge an automatic 8% gratuity. How the heck can you do that with sluggish service? I sat in and ordered a cocktail and food. Mind you, I had to walk up to counter to order as I waited for staff to come greet me for about 3-5 minutes at my table. Then had to walk back up to the counter to get my drink... My food was brought out in a Togo box, but I was clearly dining in. The female that helped me seemed IDK but only heard her voice 1 time and that was when I ordered my cocktail. When she put my box of food on the table, she just walked away, WTH... Without asking me if I needed anything else. So again, I had yell across room for sauce and had to go get it from counter. 8% automotive gratuity?? This explains why, because if hadn't been for that auto 8%, this server would not have gotten that much.. Either the cashier was tiered or hate her job or she owns the joint and need help with scaling and customer service. I always tip and tip well because I'm a server and we need our tips but this joker needs customer service training. I will give them another try once they iron out a few more wrinkles. Attn Owner: watch your camera and see where you can improve the experience in your restaurant. On a good note, they place was clean.

My first time here. I was able to get in during the soft opening; but will definitely be back on Tuesday (11/01) during the actual opening. My wife and I ordered an appetizer of egg rolls of which were the best I have honestly had. A great adaption on an existing dish. Thick too and my current favorite dish. For our meal, we ordered (20) lemon pepper wings and (10) sweet bbq wings each which came with fries. Let me tell you...the fries were great too.The ambiance and vibe of this location was on point. The staff was personable and knowledgeable. I was able to watch the Falcon game alongside every other game playing at the time. It was a very chill place to be.Make sure you stop by for a quick bite or take a seat and make yourself at home. This is the place to be.Back again! Had a great time at this location. Stopped in and had their Southern Sweet BBQ (10-pc) wings, with fries and a diet Coke. Everything was fantastic!Parking: Lots of parking right in front and in the open area.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Room to move around.

No one was present to take my order after standing inside waiting for 5 mins. Maybe if they turned the music down they could hear people as they walk in. I left and went somewhere else to eat.

Not good nothing like the original J.R crickets , do not go here if you like good wings , they charge a percent just to sit down in their restaurant the wings were soggy after I said Ex crispy three times , they say live music and don’t even have a speaker just mtv playing on one of the tvs I got two combos and it was 45$ and i only ate two because of lack of flavor or inconsistency NOT AUTHENTIC took them 4 minutes to cook them properly was someone else food we are now eating chips outside of Walmart because that tastes better

Whew chile where do I start? I live locally and visited this location a few times. During my initial visit, the cashier/bartender India was very pleasant and her drink was GOOD. My following visits were another story. I placed an order along with my sister at the same time and ended up waiting 30 mins for the SAME exact order. Despite the long wait, I remained patient. When I finally got my order, the wings were super hard. I'm not sure if she's the owner or manager but it was an older light skin lady who was in charge. When my order was brought out, she didn't even apologize or show any type of empathy for the long wait. She simply said "They must've gave your order to someone else" like excuse me? Due to the wings being so hard, I decided to thug it out and figured adding more sauce would help. I went to ask for another ranch and the same lady told me "It's .80 for an additional sauce" with a smile on her face. Mam, I just waited 30 mins for a 10 piece and you're trying to charge me for a petty sauce? I proceed to tell her I only had a card, she says "Okay that's fine, we can ring it up". I wanted to go in on her but figured it wasn't worth my time. I've worked in Customer Service for a decade and know when you mess up, you try to make the customer happy and show you care. I wanted to order a drink but every time I visited, there was never any orange juice which doesn't make sense since they're located right NEXT TO WALMART. I'm all for supporting Black business but this location has to do better!

TLDR: My wife wanted some JR Crickets, and we usually ONLY order from the Midtown location. We decided to roll the dice and visit a recently opened location near our home. And I'll be honest: this location did not miss whatsoever!!! They have great food and service (what the midtown location lacks)! I'd highly recommend checking them out. I was en route to North Avenue when Google Maps told me there was a JR Crickets in Marietta. I decided to give them a chance and check them out. The restaurant is inside a small shopping center with a barbershop, convenience store, and laundry mat. When I walked inside the restaurant, I was greeted by the cashier. The place was clean, and there were some TVs for people to watch the game. They also have a full bar and were running drinks and happy hour specials. I would typically call to order, but since I was in the area, I decided to go inside the establishment and place an order. The cashier was super kind and helpful. I ordered a 10 pc Hot Teriyaki wings with shrimp, and my wife ordered a 10 pc lemon pepper hot. The wings were crispy and sauced just the way we liked them. These are the exact wings I almost drove thirty minutes into the city to purchase. The location checked all boxes: decent size (regular sized wings and not oversized chicken), great flavor, crispiness, and juiciness. This location also makes the renowned JR Cricket's homemade ranch and blue dressing!!! The shrimp were ok. They were the frozen butterfly-type shrimp. I'm not a huge fan of those. I assumed I was ordering regular fried shrimp. They also forgot to place my cocktail sauce in the bag. I'd give this location a 4.5/5. The wings checked all of the boxes, but the fries were overcooked. I will ask that they do not overcook them next time I visit. As a wing connoisseur and a frequent JR Cricket wing eater, I promise you won't regret visiting this location. Those from the ATL area know that all JR Crickets aren't created equally. This location passed all the tests (and EXCELS in the service area!!!).

We came to town for the peach bowl and my son wanted wings. Haven't had J.R's in forever. This was our first time at this location. We stopped by and they did NOT disappoint. The dirty bird wings were awesome. Shout out to the lady at the counter. I did not catch her name. But those drink cups they have are not reliable with that lid. I spilt the drink all over the counter and she was so nice about it. Most people would have gotten an attitude and probably rolled a few eyes but she was real nice. I was embarrassed of course. I would have cursed me out in my head if I was her. But she smiled and was very nice. So again thank you and I do apologize a million times over. The place was real clean. I don't give out to many 5 stars. I travel a lot and I try to shout out to let people know if it's good or bad. This place was definitely GOOD! Great job!

Do not come to this Jr crickets location. The quality of the food is trash. The customer service from the management is terrible. Very unsettling and uncomfortable environment

Dropped in to grab some wings and ended up with the fish. The service was great, I was pleasantly surprised to see a full bar at this location, it gives take-out food vibes. The whiting was really hot and good. Definitely worthy of another visit
