My last visit... Ordered giant Philly and add mayo.I also told them I would eat half at the restaurant and take the other half to someone else.Isat down with my drink and chip server came over with whole sandwich without mayo.I ask the new manager for mayo he told me to open the cabinet below the tea and I would find some .I did as he ask but it was empty so I told him and he took one step and got a pack from the back cabinet.This manager and staff are the worst I have encountered at this location.I have been a customer for years at this location and have changed to east piedmont location.Very capable staff with training to do job. this group is not rude...

Yelling at your staff and customers is never a good look. I get that there are rushes and busy times, but sternly telling your young staff to "speak up!" and "that's not done!" as well as yelling at your customers that "You have to top your sandwich!" is just off putting. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

Dale is the man! He certainly knows how to put a cheesesteak together with flair! If he's working be sure to have him make your sandwich. If Jersey Mike's added fries to the menu I would eat there at least 2-3 times a week!

If I could go below 1 star I would. I ordered the same sandwich on my lunch break 2 days in a row and they were 2 totally different sandwiches. The employees were loud and talking about a bunch of nonsense instead of paying attention to the customers.

At this location the team is very unprofessional and the Manager wears filthy clothes everyday. The Manager thinks he runs the parking lot when Jersey Mike's has no designated parking spaces. Then previously when, I shopped there my sub was made very sloppy. I would star them below a one if I could.

I just want to say Carlos always makes my experience joyful every time I visit , I only come to this location just to get my energy boost from him . I just love the customer services an every time I come he already knows how I like me sandwich heavy mayo . I just wanted to take the time to give him his flower because his entire staff is doing a great job with because he is such a great leader . I love it here another JERSEY MIKE could never lol ..

Not good. There were like 6 workers behind the counter, but they couldn't get it together. To busy trying to do a bunch of online orders at the same time as help everybody in line. They were getting mixed up, out of order and were just very unorganized. They forgot what meat I had. Most of the workers had no clue what to do or whose sandwich was whose. They somehow forgot the/a sandwich of the guy in front of me and didn't ask how it wanted it dressed and just started making it however they were going to, I assume Mike's Way. He complained and made some comments about them being unorganized, to which the manager responded by saying that they were actually VERY organized, which is untrue. He then called the customer rude. They went back and forth a little. Unfortunately, even the sandwiches were not good. The bread was very stale and the sandwiches just don't have much flavor at all. Jersey Mike's has really gone downhill. They used to be the best sub chain in my opinion, but this and other recent experiences at other locations have turned me off of them now. Especially with their high prices, it's not worth it. No reason to go.

What I witnessed today is the worst run place I have ever been in. The employees are hostile, rude, and aggressive. They yell at their customers, blame the customer for their mistakes and really shouldn’t have a job at all. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life in a restaurant. You can get a sandwich anywhere. Stay away from this place at all costs. It deserves a negative 10 or worse. Wow!

First impression - all of the lays potato chip bags had something sticky on them and could not get it off my hands. Real Ick moment!! Should have left then! Next was the backlash and berating from the employees for asking a simple question. Literally yelling at me. Crazy! Never go here unless you like being argued with by rude idiots! I really do believe they take pleasure in doing it! Whoever owns this place would be well advised to fire the lot of them and start over.

My grandpa comes in here often to order for himself and his wife who is in at home care. Mario and Carlos go above and beyond to make sure he is taken care of. I can’t tell you how nice it was to walk into this Jersey Mikes to pick up an order for my grandpa and have Mario and Carlos ask how my family was doing. I feel very happy knowing that my grandpa has support like this in places you would never imagine it coming from. Thank you Mario and Carlos — you are a blessing to our family.

The food was expensive. I paid 30.00 for my food and it was not worth it. I've been to Jersey Mike's before, but this location is trash. Not quality at all I feel like I should've just gone to Publix.

This has always been one of top two fav sandwich places for my fiancé and me. However upon our last order yesterday (10/27/23) I was absolutely shocked when our 2 delivered white bread sandwiches had been switched out for wheat bread instead with only a message written on the sub wrappingpaper with marker that said "Sorry, We ran out of white bread". Not only could this be an allergy problem for some people but we both arent fans of wheat and they never even said anything beforehand. REALLY? Get it together. That's terrible service.
