Best staff of any jersey mikes I have been in. They see me and remember my order it’s amazing cause I eat here twice a month. It is excellent service every time.

First time visiting here. Ordered a regular Italian. There was so much mayonnaise on it that it must have been a joke. And I love mayonnaise! Perhaps they mistook me for someone they do not like. The people behind the counter were not friendly and a child could have made a better sandwich. It was a sloppy mess.

Since this was a quick takeout, I'll focus on the food and service, but the place itself seemed to be pretty clean, too. The service was outstanding. Lots of smiles and conversation, but in a very good way. Whoever the guy was who checked me out did me right by reminding me to put my number in to see how many points I had. I wouldn't have thought to do so, and ended up with a free sub...! Aside from that, other little things - I overheard him comment to another coworker how good one of the meats looked. That small comment tells you this guy pays attention to details, and he wasn't alone. All of them seemed to be in that same mode. The food itself came out quickly and it was really good. Hadn't had a Chicken Philly in a while. It actually tasted fresh and well-seasoned. JM's is always kind of treat lunch for me, but I need to come here more often. Good people and good food at this location.

This is a go-to for our family and they always do well. We place takeout orders and the young staff are friendly, quick, and customer-centric. Just had a mistake on my recent mobile order and they resolved it appropriately with grace. Food quality and preparation are solid. It's a great choice in our area.

Check your Sandwich before you leave, even if it's online order and the line is out the door. Instead of bacon I got mustard and pickles. That's super fun because they both have letters...thus the same thing! Amazing! No, the other sandwich toppings weren't swapped...and yes they wrote the name on the sandwich paper.

Go to Publix instead.

One of my favorite JM locations, always fresh, fast and delicious! A cut above the rest!

Great service! Fast food equivalent of a PubSub. The team had our sandwiches ready at the same time, they were quick and efficient and offered Mike's way but didn't force us to combo but asked.
Usually a Subway fan but stopped in for the first time and pleasantly surprised.
Cheeses: Swiss, provolone, and white American.
Breads: white, wheat, rosemary parm
We got warm Philly with no peppers and provolone, and giant roast beef miles way.

Ordered a Chicken philly, opened the sandwich only to discover it was a Beef Philly instead. Not a big deal, I took the sandwich back to the store, No issues with customer service the lady at the counter was very pleasant and made me a new sandwich.
Here’s the issue I have:
The lady told me the “brown meat” that tasted like beef was actually chicken on the 1st sandwich. She made me a new sandwich, I Opened the freshly made sandwich, ta-da it’s actually “white meat chicken” I looked at her and said, this is chicken but the other sandwich was definitely beef! What strikes me as odd is that she told me again, the other sandwich was chicken as well but the grill was not clean when they made it?!? So that means the grill was so dirty, it turned all the white meat brown which made it just look like beef?!?! Absolutely Not Ma’am! Please Do Better! Do not flat out lie to your customers, or at very minimum learn the difference between beef and chicken!

Left hungry after 15$.
Order the steak n cheese barely put in meat in it. Had to eat half the bread before I found meat. Use to be regular customer but this is now 3 times in a row. I guess they are cutting back on giving a fair amount if meat.
