Jersey Mike's Subs

Great service! Fast food equivalent of a PubSub. The team had our sandwiches ready at the same time, they were quick and efficient and offered Mike's way but didn't force us to combo but asked.
Usually a Subway fan but stopped in for the first time and pleasantly surprised.
Cheeses: Swiss, provolone, and white American.
Breads: white, wheat, rosemary parm
We got warm Philly with no peppers and provolone, and giant roast beef miles way.

Ordered a Chicken philly, opened the sandwich only to discover it was a Beef Philly instead. Not a big deal, I took the sandwich back to the store, No issues with customer service the lady at the counter was very pleasant and made me a new sandwich.
Here’s the issue I have:
The lady told me the “brown meat” that tasted like beef was actually chicken on the 1st sandwich. She made me a new sandwich, I Opened the freshly made sandwich, ta-da it’s actually “white meat chicken” I looked at her and said, this is chicken but the other sandwich was definitely beef! What strikes me as odd is that she told me again, the other sandwich was chicken as well but the grill was not clean when they made it?!? So that means the grill was so dirty, it turned all the white meat brown which made it just look like beef?!?! Absolutely Not Ma’am! Please Do Better! Do not flat out lie to your customers, or at very minimum learn the difference between beef and chicken!

Left hungry after 15$.
Order the steak n cheese barely put in meat in it. Had to eat half the bread before I found meat. Use to be regular customer but this is now 3 times in a row. I guess they are cutting back on giving a fair amount if meat.

Food is always good and consistent. Go to place for sandwiches.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. As they offer a great variety of hot and cold subs, as well as a vegetarian option i ended up ordering a buffalo chicken sub tossed in franks red hot sauce, white american cheese, chipolte mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, pickles, spices, oil and vinegar. This sandwich was messy, but absolutely worth it. It did have to be cooked, but with that in mind I was in and out in under ten minutes. This establishment was clean. I was greeted promptly with a smile. The portion of the chicken and veggies was definitely enough. This location is tucked away in the corner on the other side of the kroger shopping center. I highly recommend stopping by here for a sandwich.

I could smell the heavenly delicious bread when he got into the car. Fresh cheese and quality meats. We will be back.PS We got a coupon from the Ivy Lane event. Our first time trying this place.The picture is of the sandwich I attempted to take 4 minutes after it entered the car. It’s completely gone.

I live and work in the area since before they opened this Jersey Mike's location and consequently I've bought sandwiches from here since they opened and never regretted coming here.I'm glad to say the service at this location has been exceptionally good. IDK how many years it's been but I've never had a bad sandwich sub; it's always how I like it. Further, when at the store they always treat me and my daughter kindly. The crew's energy is positive and enthus. Thank you!

Vegetarian options: We like the grilled portabella mushroom and Swiss but we aren't vegetarians, we just like it.

They close the grill 30 minutes before official closing, so don't come here if you're looking for a hot sub before closing. They won't make it.

Very slow be ready to spend a lot of time here even for a takeout order. They are very inefficient and disorganized.
