Jersey Mike's Subs

The tall high school aged kid needs an an attitude check. Seems like he has issues.

I dinned in a few nights ago and saw one of the workers cleaning their flat top grill. They used a pitcher of water and when I tell you the amount of hot steam that flew up at them and out of the kitchen area!!! Jersey Mike’s has a staple setup so if you’re familiar with the overhanging light setup above their counter, the steam was flowing over that! It really gives off a dingy appearance..I see the owners responding to a lot of reviews. Maybe check in with this restaurant to see what they can do to get that fixed.

This location needs a good bit of work. Guessing it's mostly a management issue. While there two workers were arguing within earshot of everyone in the place. The worst part that needs to be addressed immediately is the mold visible on the soda/ice despenser. This is absolutely not acceptable. This worries me as this is something visible so what is going on that we can't see. I love jersey mikes but will travel to other locations until these things are resolved.

Placed an online order at 1:05pm, arrived at 1:25pm and hot sandwiches were done, but completely incorrect and not even heated enough to melt the cheese, as I would find out later. Then I waited 30 minutes for a regular ham and provolone, so the hot sandwiches were ice cold as I carried them out. I watched no less than 15 orders filled while that single regular ham sat on the prep table. Lesson: do not tip in the app, they won't earn it.

Service was good.. crew is very friendly and enthusiastic.... BUT.... who let's a sandwich shop run out of bread at 6pm on a Saturday??? Sounds like someone wasn't paying attention to details!

Jersey Mike's has gluten free sub rolls. I got a turkey and cheese on GF sub roll and it's delicious. Next time I'll add bacon. Yummy yummy yummy. All the employees were courteous friendly and efficient. Their brewed sweet tea is good tea too. Can't go wrong at Jersey Mike's. Check it out.

This location has been my beat so far after many years of visiting locations. Today I went by and Ciani (I hope I spelled correctly) made the most picture perfect sandwich...almost too good to eat. It was delicious!!!

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location doesn’t provide excellent customer service like I’m used to. I’ve been here no more than 5 times since moving to the Powder Springs/Marietta area. Every time I’ve came here they’re rushing to make my sub and also refusing to accept a gift card or promo code I have to use. I received a $20 gift card from a friend and when I attempted to use it they told me they can’t accept it or a promo code coupon. I show them the Jersey Mike’s e-mail I receive to use a promo code towards my order, but they still state they cannot use it. It doesn’t make sense to me because I’ve used a gift card and promo code plenty of times at other locations. I will no longer be coming to this specific location. I rather drive further to a different one and know I will get good customer service versus driving down the street to this one and get poor customer service.

This is a Great JM location!! I got the 42 chipotle chicken Philly and the owner made it herself!!! It was just a great as I remembered. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. These guys are sub experts and my Philly was truly a sub above!

We have eaten at other Jersey Mike’s in the area and this one by far rates the best in the area. Brenton and his co-workers were very friendly and greeted us as well as everyone else that entered the restaurant. Super clean prep area, dining room and bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options and the staff was knowledgeable and made my wife feel safe. They also didn’t make you feel bad for asking to have a safe gluten free sub made.

I love love Jersey Mikes and this store is normally great. I decided to let them cater a party for me. I called before I headed over and they thought my party was the day before. I picked up my 2 boxes of subs and toppings. I asked for toppings to be put on subs. But instead they said they put toppings in containers. I got home and the lettuce was brown and not enough for 4 subs much less 12 subs, not enough onions or tomatoes so we had to run to Publix. So disappointing, I thought I did not have to do anything. I really feel I got the subs they had made the day before, so sad especially after what I paid.
