Food came out great, worker appeared to be alone while others seemed to be working on other things in the back so food came out a little slow but was otherwise was great and yummy

This is what an “extra” salami & provolone sandwich looks like…(extra consists of 3 additional shavings of meat) …this isn’t isolated. It’s literally every time.

I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt many times but for $10 sandwiches they really need to do better, every time I go it feels like it’s a soft opening any nobody knows what they’re doing (with the exception of one lady who if I don’t see working I know it’s going to be a disappointing experience)

The portions of meat and cheese are laughable, everything is sliced so thin it’s lost in a sea of lettuce and bread

I don’t fault these kids, they all seem quite nice (hence the 2 stars) but man, it’s a guaranteed disappointment every time

I’ve been in many JM’s when it was busy with long lines. This is by far the slowest crew ever. They intentionally move at a snails pace.

Ordered online and waited almost 30 minutes for my food, whats the purpose of ordering online if it takes longer to get your food. And I wasn't the only person waiting for their pickup that ordered online and already paid. They didn't offer a discount or a cookie or drink while I waited. I'll never go to this Jersey Mike's again. Terrible customer service and attitude

Food is fine but the staff... Omg the staff. Worst attitudes and it's never any better. If you order something not on the menu they will just charge you for something on the menu that has way more things on the sandwich then you actually ordered. It's unbelievable. They are rude and I don't think I've ever gone in there and actually wanted to be there. Ugh. Just go to a different location.

I love jersey mikes, but placing receipts on top of food is disgusting. That is NOT food grade paper, it is laden with chemicals not meant for consumption. Health department should be on top of this.

I dinned in a few nights ago and saw one of the workers cleaning their flat top grill. They used a pitcher of water and when I tell you the amount of hot steam that flew up at them and out of the kitchen area!!! Jersey Mike’s has a staple setup so if you’re familiar with the overhanging light setup above their counter, the steam was flowing over that! It really gives off a dingy appearance..I see the owners responding to a lot of reviews. Maybe check in with this restaurant to see what they can do to get that fixed.

My favorite location! All of the employees are super nice and the sandwiches are always great

This location needs a good bit of work. Guessing it's mostly a management issue. While there two workers were arguing within earshot of everyone in the place. The worst part that needs to be addressed immediately is the mold visible on the soda/ice despenser. This is absolutely not acceptable. This worries me as this is something visible so what is going on that we can't see. I love jersey mikes but will travel to other locations until these things are resolved.
