Love this Jersey Mike's location!! I appreciate the staff and great customer service!I had a free sandwich due to my points through the app and ordered. I arrive to this restaurant to pickup and realized i placed the order to the wrong location. This location is down the street from my house so I thought I chose the correct one.I would have lost the points due to canceling the order but THIS LOCATIONT chose to fulfill my order in good faith and I was able to walk out with a sandwich. Thank you Jersey Mike's Team! Definitely the go to location.

Everything is always so fresh! The #13 Italian sub is my favorite. Jersey Mike's is my family's favorite sub spot. This location is the best one around in terms of friendly staff and food service.

This review is for the owner of this establishment. Do you need help understanding how good businesses run? There were only two people working on a busy Saturday during lunch. Those two employees are saints and deserve a raise! They were very very good under the absolutely insane pressure you created by not staffing properly. Whoever was working today 10/28 at 12:30 you are too good for that place. Find better management and owners.

My main complaint about this particular Mike’s is that they are always out of something, today it was tomato and bacon, no sign saying such and it’s less than a mile from a grocery store!

Great food but they're pricey so it limits out visits. Love that I can order online for pick up orders. Hate that they don't have olives. I also prefer my tuna without celery. But theirs has celery which isn't too bad. Limited of cheese types. On previous orders, they've made my orders incorrectly. But most times they are correct.

Has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Longer wait time, not as friendly to customers, and don't appreciate your choice to come here. After visiting here at least once every 2 weeks for several years, I will no longer be coming to this location.

If you're trying to go here and use a coupon from Harrison High's football booster card - guess again. They refuse to honor it because "management recently changed". If you put a coupon out then you honor the coupon until its expiration date. They were in the middle of making a sub when I was informed that so I didn't get it. I'm not spending an additional $10 I didn't plan on because of false advertisement.

Back in October 2022, I purchased a coupon sheet from an East Paulding High School student to support his sports' team. This Jersey Mike's Subs location had a coupon for a free child's sub that does not expire until July 31, 2023. My husband attempted to redeem this coupon in July 4, 2023. We were told that this place has new owners and now they only accept their own coupons. We did end up purchasing a sandwich. This is the reason for the lower food rating. The coupons should be honored no matter who owns the place. This is not the staff's fault that was working then. They were just telling us what they were instructed to tell us. Anyway we will not come to this location anymore because clearly this Jersey Mikes does not want to support a school sports team. They appear to just want the advertising which is not honorable.
