I will always be a customer at this location. Here a few reasons why- prompt service, friendly greeting, food was prepared well and tasted delicious
Additionally I recently dined in and left my purse and the mgr Tiffany Jordan was so helpful in making sure it was returned to me. She went above and beyond in ensuring my personal belongings were safe and secure. I will always be grateful to her and the team for a positive outcome.

I am extremely disappointed with the subpar service I received during my most recent visit to this location. As a loyal customer for approximately three years, I have never encountered any issues. However, on this occasion, I discovered a metal shaving embedded in my sandwich. The employee who prepared my sub was courteous and apologetic, but I am disappointed with the manager's lack of response. Despite sending an email and leaving my contact information, I have yet to receive a response. I did not expect any complimentary offerings or discounts, but I did anticipate a formal apology from the management. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be patronizing this business.

Brand new facility and it’s nice and clean. Terrible that they have a bad health score for a brand new facility. However, I can see why. I watched the employees sitting on the counters where they prepare your food. Set their cell phones on the counters where they prepare your food. Always forget any of the sandwiches that is included with. Everyone is very nice and the facilities are pretty clean for being a new business. 90% of the time there’s notea made so that is pretty disappointing. When ordering a plain turkey sandwich, they only put four slices of meat unlike all the other sandwiches approximately 12. I will order another turkey sandwich again. Will order ahead because I’m afraid they’re not going to do it right as they don’t do it right when I’m in front of them and forget to make sure they do. We eat at Jersey Mike’s. The meat fresh veggies could be fresher as the lettuce is always purple colored as it’s old. We will continue to go here however, we constantly asked them to re-wipe the counters. I have reached out to the company prior to posting this review. No one has responded back so I decided to write my review so others know.

First time going to jersey mikes and have been to a few sandwich places before like subway and stacks. When we got inside we were asked what we would be ordering. I thought this place also did 6 inch and 12 inch sizes like every other sandwich place so are told her I wanted a 12 inch. The employee kinda just stared at me and didn’t say anything for a while until my brother pointed out that they do sizes differently. No worries, I just made a mistake but I am confused why the employee didn’t tell me that and instead just stared at me. My brother said that one of the other employees also gave him a rude look. The food was fine but not worth the price. The employees need to work on their communication skills.

This dude didn’t change his gloves touching equipment, and handling food! Made a messy sandwich bc he cut it bad! I walked out and threw that ish n the trash! I didn’t say anything because i was already in a bad mood and it wd have went all the way LEFT!

explain to me why i just needed to wait an hour and twenty minutes for TWO SANDIWCHES to be made? tried calling (twice) and they sent me to vm. do not patronize this location; the service is absolute

$20 for a sub! It was fine but not better than Publix where you can get it for half the price.

The Original Italian is a fantastic sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meat and veggies were fresh. Plus this location is spacious and wasn't crazy busy.

Subs are always on point and the customer service is always great!

Usually have great experiences at this location, but today an employee was incredibly rude to me in front of several of her fellow staffers and other customers (as I was departing she made a loud, disparaging, passive aggressive remark about me). Not sure this regular customer will return. Terrible customer service experience.

Got a Bacon Ranch chicken sandwich and the chicken taste old and there was a weird taste to the bacon. Not pleased at all with this sandwich. I called to let them know about the sandwich and the manager did nothing. I will not order another sandwich from this restaurant!!

Haven’t been here however someone keeps parking their car in the drive thru of Starbucks. It’s great you have a luxury car does that mean you have to look at i in the drive thru of Starbucks. You clearly see the street being blocked outside your window and people driving around each other to get through to the OTHER BUSINESSES THERE. FYI When your not at work we use the drive thru.
