Regular customer and the girl Aubrey creates a problem each time as if someone didn't speak to her. She greets you then you say hey back then you order your food and she says I said how are you doing? As if I didn't already speak back. She acts as if she won't take my order unless I speak back which I did. This actually is the second time she has done this amd caused me to walk out and not order. When I explained to her she has a very bad attitude and seems she has a problem. Luckily I controlled myself and told her ill speak to Mike th3 owner about her because she is a liability to his company. You just lost a good customer over horrible customer service. Will never step back in this location ever.

I came here close to closing for a regular #7. They put 4 1/2 slices of meat on my bread. Before they dressed my sandwich I asked the other associate how many slices of meat come on it, and he said 5-6 for a regular. My sandwich was nothing but bread cheese and lettuce. This will be my first and last time at this location.

I have been to this location twice and both times I’ve experienced great customer service and great food! This location is farther away from my area, however, to experience good service and quality food, overall, means the most to me!

Quality of the food is good. I'm thankful they have gluten free bread. However, the pickup process took a little longer than I'd prefer. And there was SO little meat on my sandwich. It was $11 and there were 3 pieces of turkey on it. 3 pieces for an entire sandwich. I'm including a picture, and bear in mind that you're seeing the turkey and the cheese. That's a complete rip off. I was still hungry! My hunger was not even close to being satisfied, and I'm a small woman. :/

Every single time I order from this location via door dash or uber eats, they get the order completely wrong. Every time. I had to drive back to the store once bc the entire sandwich was wrong. I decided to order again yesterday and the only thing on my sub was cheese, lettuce and mayonnaise. Please hire ppl who can follow/read instructions.

The staff here is awesome. I have been frequenting this location since they opened around 3 years ago and have never been disappointed. The consistency is key and I know I’m going to get a fantastic sub every time I visit. The store is very clean and the health inspection has always been high since they opened. Jersey Mikes is the GOAT.

Went to this store on 1/6 to get a sandwich and the employee in the store who already charged me for the combo was sneezing everywhere and not changing her gloves. While she was making the sandwich she walked in the back of the store to sneeze. I ended up walking out with no refund. If you are sick you need to stay home.

Less than 10 minutes after entering, I was asked to leave while deciding what to order and waiting for my Uber. A staff member claimed I was 'soliciting' and asked me to leave. She mentioned that a lot of homeless people come in, which made me feel stereotyped and unwelcome. The owner backed her actions. After reading a review about someone finding a metal ring in their food, I’m relieved I didn’t eat here. Save your money and head to American Deli instead.

I will always be a customer at this location. Here a few reasons why- prompt service, friendly greeting, food was prepared well and tasted delicious
Additionally I recently dined in and left my purse and the mgr Tiffany Jordan was so helpful in making sure it was returned to me. She went above and beyond in ensuring my personal belongings were safe and secure. I will always be grateful to her and the team for a positive outcome.
