Called the location..asked to speak to the manager…get a huh? From the girl on the phone…and then silence…I said to my wife that must be a tough question….she then says “don’t be smart” I hung up and called back, asked for the manager..same girl said she was…told her the issue and silence…I said to my wife “I’m so tired of dealing with dum asses….the girl raised her voice and said STOP CURSING….I told her I thought I was on hold, and wasn’t speaking to her.
I hung up and called back and asked for the corporate office the girl handed the phone to a guy…I repeated the question and he said they don’t give that out. I hung up.
I ordered once a week….thats over.
What a bunch of untrained, rude, employees. I understand the caliber of employees these places get…it’s another example of why this country is ranked 33rd in education in the World.
Will go back to the pizza place we unused in the past…my grandchildren wanted this pizza…They will now get something else.

I ordered a pizza from you from Uber eats today and a friend picked it up for me. I normally get the Hawaiian but was hungry for pepperoni so I ordered a large and paid for double cheese. (Ha Ha) it was the worst pizza I ever ate in my life like a piece of cardboard with cheese as thin as a piece of paper. Very Disappointed normally they are very good. They missed the mark big time. I can get pepperoni cheese bread with extra cheese at Little Caesars for about $8 And it is 10 times better than what I received. Normally I don't complain I normally praise you but maybe the Hawaiian is the only the best you have. Probably will never order again. Concerned customer. Update the manager made it right, gave me my normal Hawaiian pizza for my trouble. And as always it was great.

BE AWARE!!! This used to be the best location. The food was always cooked to perfection and looked so appetizing. Now they just serve it any kind of way. The last 2 times I've gotten pizza here it has been less than appetizing. Your prices are too high for the pizza to be burned, or scorched and then covered up with an insane amount of Romano cheese! Bad deal. I will find my pizza elsewhere from now on.

What a waste of $$. Got our pizza almost 2 hours later and it was stone cold. Should have canceled when I called to check on my order. It used to be good but the past few times have been. Nothing short of a disaster.

Pizza was great. The driver who delivered it however was rude as hell. It was at a place of business he came in almost threw the boxes down in front of an actual customer interrupting a conversation with the cashier and stated it was for Amy and left. He also parked illegally. I gave him almost a $5 tip in the app no reason for him to act that way especially at a place of business.

I’ve bounced around from pizza place to pizza place when it comes to delivery via Uber eats. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with the pizza. But I have to hand it to Jets, That might’ve been some of the best pizza ever. They listened to all of my requests on the app and my pizza came out perfect. And it tasted good! 10 out of 10 would order again.

If I could rate Zero I would. I was charged $120 and received absolutely nothing in return.
Placed an order through their website, and my card was immediately charged 2 times for $120. I called the store to clarify, and the manager told me it must’ve been a transaction issue and that the charge “should fall off eventually.”
So now, I’m out $120 and I have no pizza. That’s completely unacceptable. If I took $120 from someone and just said, “Don’t worry, you’ll get it back eventually,” I’d probably be facing legal consequences. But apparently, it’s fine for a business to do that.
No service, no solution, and no urgency to fix it. I won’t be coming back. Zero out of 10. Strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your money and your time.
