The Detroit style pizza here is my new fave. I like the crisp crust and the generous amount of sauce and toppings, and every one I have tried has tasted great. I ordered take out, and the time between ordering and pick up was faster than I expected for the time of day I ordered. The staff are friendly and checkout time is fast.

Superb & Outstanding customer service from the manager Noah & his employee Jason. There was a small mistake with my order & they resolved it immediately. Jason went out of his way to bring me the missing item. This says a lot about the way this Jets Pizza location operates and I’m beyond grateful that they are apart of my “neighborhood” - This will not be my last time ordering from them. Today I had 6 hunger kids, including 3 teen triplets satisfied and happy with everything that I ordered! The food was absolutely delicious 100%! Thank you guys for going above and beyond when you did not need to. God bless this establishment!

There was an issue with my order and the manager was incredibly apologetic and totally made it up for it with some freebies.

DETROIT STYLE PIZZA DONE RIGHT! Crispy cheese edges, pillowy soft and light, airy crust! Just how it should be. Sauce is FLAVORFUL! Also you can tell the dough is made fresh.
Don’t forget to add the crust toppings!! If you’re new to Jet’s start with the Turbo crust. If you’ve been around the block, be brave and try the Cajun already!
Also best RANCH hands down, even gives wingstop ranch a run for its money.
Take a break from giving the “fast food” pizza places your money for carboard dough shipped frozen from a warehouse and get an “8-corner” Detroit style pizza from Jets.
Be a bit patient, thick crust pizza doesn’t cook as fast as your thin takeout pies so factor in some time for that and know it’s worth the wait.

Disappointed with our last service. Had they been honest from the start that the delivery was going to be over an hour late I wouldn’t have minded and would have made other plans for the kids who were promised pizza and kept getting increasingly hangry. When we ordered at 5:30 the delivery time was going to be 6:24 which we were fine with, we did ask to just change it to pick up at one point and they said it was close by. But it didn’t arrive till after 7:30. With phone calls in between of them saying the drivers close by or they are in your neighborhood when they clearly were not. I understand being short staffed but communicate honestly and I wouldn’t have been upset. We will have to really wants jets specific pizza before I order again but we have going to try some of the other pizza spots around next time.
