Stole my money on an online order. Said they didn't have an order and I showed them proof and told me to take it up with the app.

I got 2 dinners on 12/23/24 and the food was fried very hard. The fish was so too hard to eat. The chicken was ok but the fish was not. The taste was not the best. I won't be back!

Absolutely disgusting! Unseasoned, soggy, mushy wings and gizzards. They need to close their doors. This was very disappointing.

Probably the last time I come here. It was on Saturday and they were busy. The chicken wings were old and fried twice to make it seem like it was fresh. People would be willing to wait for fresh food. The gizzards were fresh but chicken wings were not such a disappointment.

Cashier is holding her baby- using her finger to pick snot out of her baby nose- syringing the baby nose while taken orders. Don't wash hands- Baby bottles on the counter by the register. Floors seriously sticky, service is awful. Grease is burnt & need to be changed. Health department needs to shut them down. Go to Jjs Chicken and Seafood on Powder Springs Rd in Marietta near Sandtown Rd. It's new and food is better. Stay away.

I remember coming here when it first opened and the food was honestly decent for the price. Decided to come back for some chicken and fish. Wish I saved my money. “Never frozen” is a complete lie. The chicken is the cheapest tenders you could buy from Sam’s club. The cat fish was middle of the road, not enough seasoning but was a good healthy piece. I will give the first a plus as they were crispy. Service was below average, definitely needed help as they were the only worker. Overall, lots of “food” for the price, but definitely not worth the low quality. Skip this location.

Wanted some seafood and recall this business having some good food. Well, once I placed my order I realized I was at the wrong location. Upon arrival, the guy who is the cashier/cook was upfront on phone and so was the woman cook in the back. After he got off the phone - service was decent. The food wasn’t good. The guy said the shrimp was fried butterfly. Please see pic.? The gizzards were not good either. The onion rings was the only decent thing. I’m upset! Go to the Mableton location.

Very unprofessional did not have the right seasoning did not have lemonade or frozen lemonade attitude was mad nasty but if you go to the one in Mableton they are they best and the real company great fresh
