Went in the other day and got serious food poisoning. When eating the roast beef sandwich I bit into a solid piece of roast beef, but look wise it looked like regular roast beef. I’m guessing an old piece of meat from their slicer fell into my portion of roast beef and it was rancid. I have never felt so bad in my life.

Love the unwich option for those with gluten allergy. They take it seriously and change gloves/paper to avoid contamination. If you can eat the bread, it is amazing and my family loves it!

Well first of all I’m a vegetarian so no meat please and thanks‼️it’s not all that the chips was better then the sandwich and fyi you add BBQ chips to any kind of sandwich oh yeah and tell them young adults/teenagers to have better customer service 🙈and smile more second time there and customers service sucks.

This is a franchise thats slogan is "freaky fast delivery" but this location doesn't offer delivery, however, are registered with DoorDash so when you place the order they call you to come pick it up. Convenient to the hospital, most people order delivery because they cannot in fact pick up. So basically they take your money, ask you to come in, then refund when you chat. However, they aren't associated directly with DoorDash (makes no sense) so you have to wait 2-3 days for a refund. The supposed manager and employee passed the phone around and neither had any insight to solving the false advertising issue (delivery when they don't deliver). Considering other reviews, sounds like the franchise owner is sadly out of touch with their store and the obvious staffing issue at hand. Hopefully my refund is returned.

This place will rip you off if you order take out . I ordered a turkey wrap and it came with 1 slice of turkey... literally 1 slice. Look at your sandwich or wrap closely, it will be all veg and 1 slice of meat . Better sandwich shops around that actually give you some meat .

I’m disappointed and disgusted by the service at this location. My son and I ordered sandwiches online and he went in to get them. When he returned, we discovered that his sandwich had been made on the wrong bread (a wrap instead of a sub) so, after verifying on our receipt that we had actually ordered it correctly, he walked back in and politely asked if they could simply put it on the correct sandwich bread for him. He told me how nice they were when he returned to the car. However, when he bit into his sandwich, I knew something was wrong, and it turns out that the sandwich-maker had a mean streak. He dumped a huge amount of red pepper flakes all over my son’s sandwich, as evidenced by the photo I’ve included. Although this location is convenient for us, I can’t imagine trusting that our food will ever be safe here.

The young lady that works nights I don't know if she was a manager but she has very good customer service skills very nice young lady food was good. And she was fast making my food I didn't have to wait a long time for my food this was my first time tasting Jimmy John's!!! I definitely will be back!!

Waited 10 minutes behind one gentleman who just couldn't get it together before I finally asked if I could order. After finally ordering, I got the wrong order. I ordered a sandwich with peppers and no tomatoes, but I got a sandwich with no peppers and tomatoes. The other sandwich was completely wrong, too. I wasted 20+ dollars and almost 30 minutes coming here

Google says 10pm closing time, the lazy workers moved that to 9pm. Came over at 8:55pm. Door locked, called store the whale says they close early and not at 9pm? So what is it jimmy johns? 10? 9? 8:55? Do your workers get to decide when they close your store? Do better, hire people who want to work and help your business grow.
