Have cam here before and it was really good. Got off my 14 hour shift and came for a $20 sandwich. Gave me bread so stale that I cannot even eat it. Bread is dark brown and looks disgusting.

I eat here from time to time and just wanted to leave a good review. I'm not sure what the lady's name was, but I placed an online order and wasn't able to order the fountain drink I wanted online. I called in and asked if she could please make my drink of preference and she took care of that no problem. I know this is a small thing, but I just wanted to say on top of enjoying my food, I really appreciated her taking my call and helping me when she didn't have to. Those are the little things that keep people coming back.

I love Jimmy John’s food, but this is the absolute slowest JJ I’ve ever seen. Every time I come here it’s 10+ minutes. I’ve started ordering ahead, and as I stand here 19 minutes past my order conformation, I’m still waiting (with only a few others). And for some reason, not one person here is making a sandwich. And one person is using their phone with gloves on! The same gloves that make your sandwich! Leadership at this location must be very poor.

I just left this place. I go to a lot of Jimmy John's. The short haired girl that is there right now gave me a Little Vito that is considerably smaller than all the other ones I get at other JJ. I've also asked for a cup of water and she followed me to the machine as if I was going to steal soda from her. I did not appreciate that.

The delivery woman refused to give me my sandwich until I tipped her. I was at work, she wouldn’t even hand it to the receptionist, she demanded to see me so I had to stop what I was doing, go to the lobby, and deal with this. She ordered me to sign this receipt with a tip, which I’ve never had to do before, and rudely stared as I hurriedly filled it out so I could just eat and get back to work. Horrible customer service

I've never seen so little meat on a sandwich in my life. it was astonishing. this will be my last time at JJ's.
I usually come in when leaving my doctor’s office and order before leaving doctor through the app. Normally takes 7-10 mins at best. Today, the staff prioritized all walk ins over app orders and I sat for 43 minutes even after asking about my order after 30 minutes. Given a “we have multiple orders”. I understand being busy, but follow your orders by order of placing order, not asking people their names. AND was not given my pickle. Very disappointed. Will just skip this location and head home from now on.

Last week went in and ordered some things and requested to not put certain condiments but still got it ,
this time I ordered delivery, requested extras that i was charged for but didn't receive on my order and requested to pay cash but the driver claimed they had no money for change, basically robbed for a total of $10 without a gun.

i’m very upset. all i wanted was an italian sub so i spend 15 minutes looking up places that were open. this was at 9pm. i see jimmy johns is open until 10pm. i am about 20 minutes away. i get to the jimmy johns around 9:30. the girl working there meets me at the door and says they are closing. all i wanted was my ITALIAN SUB SANDWICH. I AM STARVING. THIS JS RIDICULOUS. (i still love jimmy johns but im very hungry)

I ordered a very simple number five Vito this evening and I have been waiting for 50 minutes already. I called and was told that they had some big orders. I understand that I should have to wait A reasonable period of time but 15 minutes is not reasonable
