I’ve been waiting over a hour for an order. They are literally delivering around the corner. When called to see what was the hold up I was told there are 5 orders being delivered to the same location which I find hard to believe when I’m the only one standing outside waiting for delivery. It’s been exactly 49mins since I got the email stating the order was out for delivery but yet still no food.

The workers here are very unprofessional. The person Sajan who took my order was rude and seemed bothered because her and another coworker proceeded to continue to have a conversation even after I walked through the door. They didn’t greet me or anything. Not to mention she paid no attention to what I said regarding my order and I then had to wait 10 minutes for bread. I get my sandwich and it’s completely wrong but because I’ve already wasted so much time I don’t have time to have it fixed!! I will not be returning to this location, they need to retrain here and teach the employees manners.

The manager , with a foreign accent, stated, “he is trying to be nice to me”!Really sir, when I’m the one spending my money in your establishment in order for you to stay in business??Interesting!This location has had horrible customer for quite a long time and I would like to petition them to close!

I wish restaurants would follow the hours on their website and Google business page. I arrived at 9:26 pm today and the doors was already locked.. wasted my gas

Kind of a small Jimmy John's but they make a good sub. My favorite is the Bootlegger (Turkey and Roast Beef) but everything on the menu is fresh. Can't go wrong with any of their choices. Parking is kind of a nightmare here.

Showed up at 8pm 10/17/23 it says open until 10pm and doors were locked there was just one lady inside cleaning. I don’t mind it was closed but update your hours online. Also my last online order was wrong so I won’t be going back to this location.
do not eat here. i’ve been sick all day with food poisoning from eating from this location. very unsanitary highly do not

I stopped in 8/31/23 about 8pm for a sandwich. The employee seem to be cleaning up but they don't close until 10pm. He seemed upset when I said I need to place an order to go. As if he didn't want to make my sandwich and got even more frustrated when I said what I did and didn't want on it. I only stopped cause my daughter was being treated at Wellstar Kennestone as a patient. The sandwich looked throwed together so he could hurry up and get back to closing up shop with 2hrs left. Not customer friendly at all....

This location has gone down. Placed order on line. When I arrived no one knew of the order. Ok cool. Calls the Manger over whom took the order via the phone and flat out denied and didn't have a care in the world. He was like..so and, what.Plus didn't offer to compensate me in any form or fashion.Done!!
