I placed an online order on February 24 and it happened that the store was closed. Since that day I have reached out to the Corporate office / Customer Service multiple times and it has been almost two month and the store has not refunded my money. According to a phone conversation with Christine Rogers, customer service representative, the FBC for Marietta store was supposed to give me a call as the owner / manager of the store and no one has reached out to me so far. I stopped by the store a few days ago and the employee could not even give me a response for my refund. No one has taken care of my refund, no one even gave me the option to prepare the order that I already paid and never was delivered because the store was closed.Please complete the refund of my order immediately.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered through Door Dash and they kept increasing the prep time. After an hour I just cancelled the order because no one picked up after I called 5 times. Worst JJ ever.

While waiting in line the customer in front of me had an issue with their card. So the man making the sandwich came over to help with the gloves he was making sandwiches with on. Then after proceeded to make sandwiches. I asked him to change his gloves and give me a different bread since he already touched it with the gloves he was handling the customers debit card with. He did. But after my sandwich barely had any meat on them. Debit cards are just as nasty as cash.

I place and order yesterday and after about 1hour and 45 min I called them and that said its on the way...then about 2 and 1/2 hours I called and no answer I tried 5 times and no one picked up after 5:30 pm I gave up. t he next day I called from my office phone and a man named Allen said he was the manager I explained to him about what happen and he acted like he did not care so I asked for his manager phone number he gave me a number 770-298-6654 I left a message never got a return call (so much for freaky fast) so looks like I will be making my own subs from home. my next call is to corporate ....lets see if they care. since you have to put a star i am putting one but I would like to put 000

Tired to walk in at 7:45pm the door was locked, despite 2 employees and all lights being on inside. Went to my car and tried to order online (after verifying that they did indeed close at 9pm). About 10 minutes I get a call from a “manager” saying that they closed at 7pm. I told her the hours say 9pm and she lied and said they were short staff (she didn’t realize I was the one at the door earlier and had clearly seen them inside not doing anything. They refunded my money but honestly it’s just annoying because they clearly just wanted to go home an hour early. Had to go to another location just because of that. Very annoyed.

Ridiculous amount of mayonnaise. Since the first three bites were full of it, I opened the sandwich. It was obvious these people just slopped on what must have been three tablespoons. Went right on the garbage. Ruined my dinner, wasted my time and money. $10 sandwich and they're in there messing around like they work at burger king.

Took 30 minutes to get my online order after I had already arrived at the store. Two employees working and one of them was not helping to make any sandwiches. They put pesto on one of the sandwiches even though it specifically stated not to put it on in the order. (The person who it was for is allergic).

Do not order from this location if you do not have time to dispute an incorrect order. I ordered the Italian night, favorite combo, and all I got was ham and cheese. It was supposed to come with capicola, salami, ham and cheese. When I called to see if they could correct my sandwich, Claudia said there was no manager on duty and I had to wait for them because she wasn’t a manager. She then informed me there was a manager about to walk through the door because she was not a general manager. She couldn’t help me. It’s a lot of money to spend on food that is incorrectly made.

Need a freaky fast lunch on the go this is the place. Great subs and the unwhich is awesome. I go for the Italian almost every time I come.

The worst location. Called and spoke to a manager named Tish about my rewards not being loaded into my account for my free sub. Had the NASTIEST attitude so much so that I had to hang up. I asked a simple yes or no question and the vitriol in her tone is so sickening. Went to another location and my problem was solved without any hassle. Don’t go here. Bad representation of the company.Update: Thank you Jimmy John’s. I went to the website and filled out the info yesterday w/. The store location and put my number. I’ll be awaiting contact.
