I ordered the large jerk ribs plate. The ribs were tasty, but for $24, I only received 2 ribs and 3 ribs tips. Too pricey for the anatomy of food you get.

Born and raised in NYC I grew up eating authentic Jamaican food (my Dad) so I know how it's supposed to taste and look. I am extremely picky with food and I hate being disappointed especially when I'm hungry. THIS IS THE PLACE! They also have a bar lounge. It's worth the drive, the price AND it's open on Sundays. You will not be disappointed.

Picked up an Uber order, and the staff was super unkind. Restaurant empty, no one there but me. No greeting. Acted as if I didn’t state the customer’s name correctly. If I was picking up my own order, would the experience be different? Then it wouldn’t be honest, but money motivated. Everyone is a customer/potential customer. I would have loved to try it, but that experience left me ready to write a review for others to brace themselves.

I will not be ordering from them again. Ordered the BOGO oxtail plate on Uber eats. Both plates had 4 small oxtail. The price of one plate was $38.99. The icing on the cake was them purposely not answering the phone to avoid complaints because they know theyre conning their customers.

I’m a picky eater My husband is from NY so he can be picky on certain foods too but today we met our match. We have been looking for a good Jamaican restaurant in Atlanta for YEARS (no exaggeration). I believe we’ve found it.
We both got a small Curry chicken plate. Everything from the rice and peas to the cabbage, and the plantain were phenomenal – and I do not say that lightly! I had to ask the cashier if they were gonna be here next week because it seems like anytime we find a good restaurant, it disappears overnight lol
I will update it with some photos when we go back, but we were too busy being amazed to stop and take photos today. It’s only five minutes from downtown Marietta so they will be seeing a lot of us if they can produce the food at this level of quality during each visit!
Parking: The parking lot seems to be under renovation as of today, November 16, 2024, but there will be plenty of parking once it’s finished. There is still plenty of parking now, but the renovation makes the parking seem sketchy Even though it’s not.

This is the second roach I saw in less than 5 minutes of sitting waiting for my food. The first was crawling right behind my head in a booth. I was so disgusted, I immediately got up & moved only for another one to be crawling across the floor by the bar. It was my first time here & needless to say I will never be back. So gross 🪳

The food here was so delicious. I went here for dinner with two friends on a Friday night. We ordered the jerk chicken, curry chicken, and jerk pork meals, three juices, and a bread. In total, $67 before tip. It was delicious. Would recommend. And they play music in the background to really enhance the ambiance.
