Visited on a Sunday afternoon at 2:45pm. There were zero other customers and I ordered a smoothie. The person working the register took my order then proceeded to take a call on his personal cell for the next 15 minutes before doing my order. After 15 minutes of waiting her finally completed the order while still being on the phone.

Me and my attorney went to get lunch and both got the chicken pesto wrap and it was amazing. Khalia did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service and we will definitely come back. We loved our first time experience and Khalia and the guy taking our order was very professional.

There are multiple vegan options available at reasonable prices. This is a very friendly, clean restaurant with limited tables inside and ample tables outside. You can add and subtract items from your meal which is a very nice feature. I especially like the kale salad and the vegan wrap. The salad dressings are yummy too. I like everything about Kale Me Crazy so there are NO negatives to report.
When I walked in a staff member greeted me immediately and was very nice, i had questions about the nutrition and they gave me all the details and were very educated about what they were serving . I got the chicken pesto (my favorite) and an iced matcha rose latte. the wait time was little to none even though I came around lunch time and it seemed busy. It was very clean and welcoming. I will definitely come back here.

The food is good. The service was bad. They told us that they were about to close, so we order for 4 pp and they packed our food out. At the end they didn’t gave me my Coffee, napkins and not enough disposables to eat our food, and they closed.

Fast, fresh and healthy options. Clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options. Only one vegan lunch/dinner sandwich but many smoothies and more.
Server never smiled and acted annoyed at any questions we had. We were the only people in line. No nutritional information available for menu. Slammed our smoothies down and walked away with no word. Even co-worker laughed and said he was having a bad day. Very sad experience for such a nice restaurant. Won’t be back.

The service is so slow, my friend and I had to wait 5 min for someone to come up to the front to even take our order then it took 25 min to get our single açaí bowl.Wont be back.

I am so sad because I used to LOVE this place, but after my last visit I will NEVER be going again. I ate a quesadilla and got severe food poisoning to the point that I threw up for a whole day and couldn’t even keep water down. I used to overlook their absurd prices because I liked their food, but NO MORE. Do not go here unless you want to throw up like 30 times!! Fix your cleanliness Kale me Crazy!!!!
The customer service at this place is amazing!! Somehow, my card charges reflected incorrectly, so I reached out to management. Almost immediately, the owner reached out to me to clear it up. We decided to wait a few days and see what happened. I totally forgot about it but as promised, he followed up, and the charge had been corrected!! Going the extra step in these situations means so much that this place will (continue) to get my business for life!

I tried the Açaí Bowl and Deluxe Açaí Bowl at Kale Me Crazy, and they were absolutely amazing—hands down the best I’ve ever had! The açaí had a perfectly balanced flavor with no sourness at all, just delicious. Their cold-pressed juice was also fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
The only thing I wish for is that the servers were a bit more outgoing and friendly instead of just formal. It would have made the experience even better. Overall, though, a great place with exceptional food!

It was 35 degrees in the morning me and my friend just wanted to enjoy a healthy breakfast and latte. Although the food was tasty we couldn't enjoy much because the temperature indoors was so low we asked the staff if they could improve the thermostat and they said there was no way. Disappointing 😞
