The girl at counter got my order wrong and then insisted that is what I ordered when I would never ever order what they said I did. No apology. Instead mocked me and were laughing at me. Kept saying “it says tuna on the ticket” - great but I did not order tuna lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

I come in weekly and sometimes more. I get the poke bowl with no mayo or house marinade because of dietary restrictions. I always swap for lemon vinegar dressing with no issues. Today they said they had to charge me $2 to swap those two items. Thats crazy! Terrible!

Updated this review to add that I came back two weeks later. Drive 45 minutes. It was 355 when we came to the door and it was locked. Sign and Google both said they are open until 6pm. We could see someone in there seeeping but they wouldn't look up. So I called and the rude girl who answered (I think it was the same one with my visit above) said they were closed with no explanation. Not sure what is going on or if mgmt cares but they should be more active in what happens when they are not there.

The Salmon Wrap is OUTSTANDING!!! Absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST wrap I've ever eaten!! 🤌 And the sauce!! 🤌

Service was good.The young ladies were friendly, attentive and responsive.

If you sit at the counter and expect to have a conversation, it can be a challenge when the blenders are running in the kitchen, but the salmon wrap was worth it!! 😋🤤🤩

Bought the Pineapple Grapefruit Turmeric juice for $10.95 — it tasted only like grapefruit, with no spice or flavor from the turmeric at all. I understand costs are high these days, but if you’re going to charge that much, the product should match the price.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?!? Absolutely Disgusted.

I am beyond furious and disgusted with what Kale Me Crazy has turned into. This used to be my go-to spot — I came here all the time because the food was fresh, flavorful, and the owner actually cared. The energy was positive, the service was genuine, and you could taste that everything was made with pride. Fast forward to now, and it’s like a completely different restaurant — one that has clearly stopped caring about quality, customers, or even basic standards.

I ordered two Deluxe Açaí Bowls and an Avocado Toast on Oct 31, 2025. The toast was fine — average at best — but the bowls were an absolute insult. The açaí base was frozen solid, icy, hard as a brick, and tasted like it had been pulled out of some deep freezer that hadn’t been opened in months. It wasn’t creamy, it wasn’t fresh, and it definitely wasn’t edible. The toppings were okay, but what’s the point of pretty fruit sitting on top of something that tastes like a frozen mistake?

I honestly can’t believe they served that to paying customers with a straight face. This isn’t “superfood” — it’s super disappointing. Kale Me Crazy used to be a place that made healthy food exciting. Now, it feels like whoever’s running it is just throwing things together and hoping nobody notices. Well, I noticed.

It’s embarrassing, it’s lazy, and it’s a total waste of money and time. I left feeling sick to my stomach — not from the food, but from sheer frustration. For a place that brags about being “your go-to for meals that taste amazing and make you feel even better,” this experience made me feel worse in every possible way.

I wouldn’t wish this kind of disappointment on anyone. If you’re thinking about ordering the Deluxe Açaí Bowl — DON’T. DO. IT. Save your money, your appetite, and your sanity. Kale Me Crazy used to care, but now it’s just another overpriced, careless chain pretending to be healthy.

Customer service was awful. The girl who took mine and my friends order was plain out rude. For me to pay $30 for one meal and rude customer service, it is not worth it. Also, cash register was wide open while all workers were in the back. However, super clean but not friendly. Bad energy all the way around.

I love this location and their food so much! I didn’t think to leave a review until my most recent visit after the manager went above and beyond— I had ordered the watermelon juice (I actually snagged the last one) and an avocado toast. While the watermelon juice was only made yesterday, I opened it and it had a very sour taste/bad smell. Little did I know, while I was googling if watermelon juice can go bad that fast (which it can speaking to how fresh this juice is, no preservatives!!), the manager saw my reaction to the bad juice and immediately got up from her conversation with someone. I got up to the register to ask if I could switch it, and to my surprise, the manager already refunded me and told me to pick another juice to go! Out of all my visits (which is a lot) that was the only issue I have ever ran into, YET they went above & beyond to make it a positive experience!! Thank you again!!

Wild to me that at place with Kale in their name doesn’t massage the kale in their salads. This was a laughable waste of money. Will never go near one of these again. That is literally the açaí bowl my daughter received. My salad was cabbage and just like raw kale.
