I'm reporting this location to Corporate, the Better Business Bureau and the Governor's Office for Consumer Complaints. EVERY time I order from this location, they mess my order up. I called the location and the night manager hung up on my face and wouldn't answer any subsequent call. He actually picked the phone up the second time and slammed it back down. I'm a diabetic and there are certain things I'm not supposed to eat. I was trying to explain this to him when he hung up on my face. I can admit I was VERY upset when I called, but how would you feel if every time you order from a location and your order is messed up

If they would hire more people they could get the job done faster the food is good they're putting too much pressure on their employees to do more than they can. But at least they're nice even though you might have to sit out in the parking lot for 30 minutes while they get your order together

Food was fast, hot and CORRECT. To hear the big chicken talk, you have to listen around 8am and you have to be close to the chicken. I think they should make it talk all day but that's just my opinion. Who is best KFC at 8am? Especially if they don't open until 10. Js. But a.m radio station 820 will do the trick if you're around during that time. It is cool to see the big beak and eyes move. Worth the 15 minutes out of the way on our trip. Even better that the food was good!

You can say please, thank you and treat them with respect, but they will still treat you with indifference. Food is good but their attitudes say “Go two doors down to Chik Fil A if you want someone to treat you with minimal courtesy”. Try it, you will see.

It’s been twice that ask the guy at the drive through if a change on a recipe will have any extra cost and he answers no, same price, and then he charges me $5 extra out of nowhere, this guy is a scammer

That’s the worst service I ever get every day. This store is getting worse and worse.
I had always heard of this particular KFC and thought I would try it. I haven't eaten KFC in over 30 years. The atmosphere was nice. The woman behind the counter couldn't have been more disinterested in serving her guests.
But, when it comes to the food...Oh my! The food is so salty that it was inedible. I can tell the chicken had been under the heat lamp for quite a long time because it was dry. And the fries were almost cold. Also, the soda fountain wasn't working. Many of the flavors had no carbonation, many of the specialty flavors weren't working and many of the tanks were empty dispensing only water. This visit was a huge disappointment.

ordered a 2-piece meal with 2 mashed potatoes and 2 biscuits. I was told to park and waited about 8 minutes, only to receive an incorrect order with just one biscuit and poor presentation. Very disappointed with the service and attention to detail.

I came here as a kid in the early 1970s. The location is the same, but the Big Chicken grew anew a few times!
I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich. Medium fries and drink. Everything was hot, fresh and cooked to order. Nothing on my tray sat around!
At the end of the day, it's still KFC. It's pretty good chicken!
The iconic 🐔 out front just let's me know I'm in Marietta!
