I visited this place many times and always the food it's amazing, but if you're not familiarized with differents kind of drinks just you have to take Pepsi (if in case it's available, bc some occasion hasn't Pepsi) but that's not a big problem when the food it's good in general. Specially their good meal combo of $7.45. The big chicken it's a good emblem of the city, good place to take pictures too, i recommend visit this place if you wanna see a different KFC in your life.
Update 2025: still being good and now they have the screen assistant to order food more quickly! I take more photos that I didn't take it the last time that I went in 2023! Good place with good chicken!

It’s usually hit or miss at this location. Ordered my lunch on the app for pick up . App said it’s ready. Arrived and still waiting like 20 minutes for over cooked chicken & flat soda. Maybe next time.
The Big Chicken is where KFC truly started and The Big Chicken still nails it each time better than other locations. Staff is always super nice, food is always hot & fresh, and there's an AM broadcast as well of the Big Chicken! Lol!

Yazmine, & Momma were so welcoming ad courteous when I walked in the door. Yazmine offered assistance on the kiosk and they both were so kind behind the counter. I watched as they interacted with customers bot young and old, it was agreat Experience. There wereeven 2 Male Managers on duty who were working hard and planing. Then assisted their crew whe it picked up. Joy was also a big help after I left my laptop charger.

The original recipe fried chicken I had for lunch yesterday from this location was absolutely disgusting. It may as well have come from a cheap frozen dinner. The breading was undercooked and doughy in places. Lots of skin, fat, and grey sludge under the breading. I will not be patronizing this place again anytime soon.

Rude manager for no reason. Calm down buddy. All I wanted was a fork. Got home and my order was completely wrong. Disappointed. I drove by 3 kfcs thinking Big Chicken could get it right. Complete failure. Old chicken.
I'm a big fan of KFC, the Big Chicken Cobb Pkwy is awesome!! My order delicious and on point, the staff was very inviting Mark and Chris. I would definitely make the travel to the professional service and food again!!!

Store isn’t clean counters tops visibly dirty and it stinks Trash on floor Customer service Fire whole staff hire Different people Messed up my ordered I ordered white meat Breast ,Wing ,Thigh and was charged xtra for it and only got leg and thighs I called immediately after I noticed a girl picked up said hello and I asked for a manager she said that it wasn’t one there and I proceeded to explain what happened and she replied “ And “ and I asked what do you mean by “AND” she hung up been calling since yesterday they never answer the phone like they’re closed and not open it took me 2 days to talk to a actual manager and all I got was excuses for poor management and employee services ridiculous this is the big chicken not regular KFC I WOULD EXPECT THEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS AND THE STORE IS TOOK CARE OF and if the person is packing orders pay attention to the customer order I asked for everything when placing my order to walk out and walk back in because I have no sliver or condiments when I asked and stop making chicken sitting it there because Thts not fresh after it sit for so long it soggy and not hot at all DO BETTER !!!!
