The restaurant charged me and then didn't give me food but had no knowledge how to refund me. I spent 20 mins chasing a refund. I wouldn't use the online ordering feature here, and I wouldn't bother trying this place again based on how rude the whole experience was. It's probably a wake-up call to find a better friend chicken place.

I had to repeat my order thru the drive thru 4 times. 2pc dark meat extra crispy mash potatoes and green beans 2pc white extra crispy mash potatoes and Cole slaw Famous bowl just the Famous bowl no drink. 2 large sweet teas

Paid 22.66 He hands me my order, I asked where were my drinks oh no I forgot them. Another 8.00 then I had to pull up and park for teas. He brought them out 3 teas. I asked for 2 and was charged for 3. Get back to the office.. Original dark mashed potatoes and Cole slaw WRONG White original sides were right. My chicken was extremely small.
I've never had this experience with kfc before highly disappointed. The guy at the windows name was Brandon.

I’ve been to this location a Dozen times because I work in the area and don’t have many food options. The restaurant is always clean and customer service is cool! BUTTTT THE FOOD IS ALWAYS JUST NOT GOOD! I’ve been given raw chicken before and had to get a refund. But yesterday I tried the new tenders the tenders barely had breading on them. They were very soft and rubbery! The fries tasting like that had been cooked in old fish grease they weren’t edible. It’s not the location it’s who and how they are preparing the food.

Yall!!! I am so disappointed. I went to this location about two days ago and when I tell you this KFC was underwhelming is an understatement. Firstly, I placed my order online and originally the workers couldn’t find it. Then, when they finally did find it, they didn’t give me what I asked for so I asked them to fix it- and I thought they did. When I got home, I realized they STILL didn’t give me any of my sides and the biscuits in the box were horrifying. Then the Mountain Dew was disgusting. I was visiting from out of town so I couldn’t go back. Honestly, it felt like a pure waste of money. Never going back to this location. Smh

Got a 2 piece and nuggets and extra biscuits...the biscuits were so stale and so nasty even the dog wouldn't eat a piece when we offered it to him....he looked offended and walked away. PLEASE rotate your food, don't keep biscuits sitting under heat lamps...these were just gross. We don't expect anything, just an FYI for this place...watch your biscuits...rock hard stale biscuits at KFC is just like...slapping an Eagle KFC biscuits are like apple pie...they should be moist buttery steamy goodness.
