Place is SOOO bad. First, seems they don't actually have chicken ready. After putting together a hodgepodge order with what they did have, we waited for 15 minutes before going to the window telling them we no longer wanted it. They refused of course but didn't tell us that even though they didn't have what we wanted, we'd have to wait. Always a last time for everything....

KFC @3480 Ernest Barrett Pkwy Sw Marietta Ga 30064 has the rudest management team adding to the fact that basic math is a part of everyday life. The food was cold and I was charged a donation I didn't know about or agreed to. I never left the facility and went back for a refund and to let them know I didn't get my change back. I was met with blatant rudeness and disrespect. Instead of the on site hourly manager handling the situation the way I'm more than sure KFC trains management she was ruder the initial order taker. This could have easily been resolved when you looked at the receipt I had to ask for that wasn't given with the purchase at first. She looked through all the receipts place on the side of the register to find mine. Check the cameras. Very disappointed with KFC never thought purchasing food would amount to this. Retraining is a must along with basic money counting principles skills. There was only 2 people in the facility during lunchtime and possibly both were having a bad day. It happens but guess what when your being paid penny's on the dollar you too have leave that attitude outside the establishment. NOONE should know your having a bad day when servicing the public. The whole experience was disheartening to say the least. When you know better you do better!!!!

I ordered chicken with my son late at night. I drove for as long as 35 minutes. When I came home, I was disappointed that it was all burnt and the seasoning was lumped together. It's darker than the picture.

KFC is KFC but this one stands out. They are good in everything they do, except they are short in staff and at times it during rush hour the waiting is a bit more. The front staff is fantastic and friendly. Their hospitality is worth the wait.

The service was awesome and I personally don’t tend to go to KFC. I swung by to get something to eat and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were great!

I don't like writing a poor review. Second time visiting and went through drive thru. For the second time the order was completely wrong and no napkins or utensils. Food was disgustingly greasy and did not have sauces they advertised. Ordered a tea not a sweet tea and it was warm. So do not leave the window because they don't know their own menu. Won't be a third visit I learned.
I found a chicken bone in my pot pie about an inch and a half long. There was another bone about thumbnail size. The pie was delicious but I was forced to stop eating it. Due to time, I was unable to wait to talk to management.

Asked for crispy and told they only had original. But when I arrived home, burned crispy chicken placed in my box. Trash the entire order. Attempted to call, but my calls weren’t answered. I will never return! Horrible service and food!

Bought a 16 piece bucket meal that cost $50 and all it had in it was wings and legs. Everybody check what you're getting before you leave!

Ordered kids meal and spicy chicken sandwich combo. Never gave me kids meal drink, fries were resalted and given to me. Cold and salty fries were not edible. Chicken sandwich wasn't hot, probably sitting under a lamp. There's a chick fila in same parking lot... please just go there
